Terrible customer service, and an unwillingness to compensate to customer needs. Instead of simply rescheduling an appointment due to a mistake on their end, they insisted that we were in the wrong, and rudely told us that we were causing problems for them. If at all possible, do NOT depend on this eye care center for any important services.
