Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, told me what they were doing, why I did all the tests, treated me with kindness, and respect! Dr. Hallman told me the severity of my cataracts, the procedure in great detail, showed me on an eye model as to what he was going to do to my eyes during surgery. I received a call for scheduling the surgeries and all the follow-ups. Thank you all for making what could have been a scary experience relaxing and assuring!

Doctor Aiello is fantastic. Very concerned about you and your eye health.
Negative is waiting 1hr and 45minties to get in for my 15 minute appointment!! Very discussing. Six of us waiting in the cubicle and many in the outer room all throughly discussed with our wait times. Something Must Be Done about that. Not the first time either!!!'

Dr Snyder was nice enough but he seemed absolutely clueless to the cause of my blurriness and vision changes. He acted like a deer in the headlights when I asked him questions that an ophthalmologist should be able to answer. He also seemed like he was tired and just wanted to get through the appointment . Seems his MO is "well let's try some eye drops and do a follow-up consultation." This is the same thing he told me the first time I went to see him with issues I was referred to him by the optometrist. I guess I'm a slow learner but I'm certainly not going back again!

The Dr. is very much a people person. He is very friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable. I get very stressed at Dr. appointments but not with this Dr. He is very informative and explains everything about what is going on. I tell everyone about him.
