Eagle Mountain Eye Care

The people working here are great! They're super fast and very friendly. They had plenty of options for glasses. My husband got a new pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses that were polarized with his prescription, which he'd been wanting forever but was always too expensive, but with it ended up being very affordable! We're both so happy with this place! Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Eagle Mountain Eye Care. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon my visit they provided exemplary service and answered any questions or concerns I had.

I'll start with the positive..... My family and I have been going there several years and I love Dr. Vance. The major negative there is the woman at the front desk. She is rude and has always been rude and unprofessional. This particular morning was my limit with her. I came in for my scheduled appointment after working a 12 hour shift and making a 2 hour drive home. My daughter on the other hand was called into work and I needed to reschedule her appointment. The woman begins to tell me that she can not reschedule due to 3 missed appointments, which was not true. When I asked what appointments she missed the woman could not tell me. The woman was very short with me, even cutting me off as I spoke. There is no reason to be that hateful. This is a service being provided so having a pleasant demeanor would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my appointment and will never be back. She will never change as proof read in previous reviews here.

Horrible customer service! The receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She also told me that my son's paid Medicaid would not pay for his glasses, which is false information. I called Elite Eye Care in Jonesboro and they very quickly told me that his insurance would indeed pay for his glasses. We will be going there Monday to order glasses and I will never step foot back in this place of business again!! In addition, I pray that the lady at the front desk learns how to show a bit of compassion and hospitality toward others!!

The girls that work with the dock are very professional and very personable. The doc is very patient and persistent and did a great job in solving the problem of a stigmatism and one of my eyes that was a problem in getting contacts but he persevered and overcame the problems and I am extremely satisfied. Couldn't be happier.

I've always used Eagle Mountain Eye Care for both myself & my children over the years. As always they were extremely kind & down to earth with a family friendly atmosphere & we had no wait time for both myself & my daughter's appointment. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a great optometrist!
