Bryant Eyecare Clinic

I love Dr. Armstrong. I first went to him in the 3rd grade for a set of glasses. I am now 25 years old. He walked me through glasses and both contacts. They have a vast variety of contacts, I was able to find the perfect sets for me. Dr. Bryan Armstrong has known me from a child. He is an incredible man and an amazing Dr. The assistants and receptionist and all the employees are all amazing and super respectful. I refuse to go to any other eye clinic. Dr. Whitaker is also an incredible Dr. and incredibly sweet.. I will always recommend this clinic. Thank you all for looking after me and my eyes from a child to an adult.you guys have also taken care of my mother in the most spectacular fashion. #BryantEyeCareClinicForLife. Thank you all for treating me and my family so beautifully

Th staff was wonderful. They got me and my elderly neighbor scheduled together with no trouble. They were all smiles and very friendly. 100% recommend Bryant eye care. Dr Armstrong is a fantastic Dr as well!

Dr Armstrong was simply amazing!! He made my daughter's first experience so fun and relaxed. She was so nervous and now she can't wait to go back. Our receptionist was truly amazing. She was so kind and helpful. Her name was Angel. Rob his technician was simply amazing with my daughter too. He was so patient and kind. Told us stories to keep her mind off of being nervous.

When I called for an appt, they were very willing to accommodate my needs. Staff is friendly and professional. Seen in a timely manner. Ordered my glasses through their optical clinic. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Very attentive to what I wanted. All staff knowledgeable. Dr. Armstrong was friendly, explained everything and made sure I was given the best choices in my eye exam. Highly recommend. They have a new optical manager, Ana, she is friendly, helpful and very professional. David is also helpful, friendly and professional. The two are a great team.

Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars. Over the past few weeks, I've had countless phone calls with my mother in law about her experiences at this office. She went in seeking help for eye care, and while the doctor himself may be excellent, the staff were consistently rude and dismissive. No patient should ever leave a medical appointment in tears because of how they were treated. Review your staff and remove those who are creating a poisonous environment. If your clients are feeling this, I can't imagine what the work environment must be like.

I wish I could take away extra stars. Dr. Armstrong is a great eye doctor but dealing with his staff is horrible. They are rude, short and sharp with you and very unprofessional. I would like to say that it was just one time and maybe they were all having a bad day when I went in, but it wasn't one time. It was consistently every time I have been in.

It would have been nice to know Dr. Whittaker went to NWA in May. That explains why I wasn't getting call backs. Now they only have Dr. Armstrong and he has yet to return my calls needing to know some pertinent information! I am saddened this clinic is on the verge of closing. They keep losing doctors and apparently ignore you as a patient if you buy your glasses from a third party because you can't afford $300+ for what they have in their shop.

I used to use this Clinic When Dr Glenn was there. For one thing, they did not let me know that he was no longer there. Another thing is the Vision Center is horrible. Went in to get glasses. They are overly priced. And I bought some then went to another store and found cheaper ones within an hour. I called to cancel my order at the Vision Center and they charged me anyway and kept my Money. And said that they had to send me a check. There was no reason for this to happen. The manager there is very rude and they did not even call me and let me know that they were doing this. I will never deal with this Vision Center or clinic again. Dr Glenn has moved a new clinic and is a wonderful eye doctor. Do not use this Vision Center, way overpriced and they are not worth it.
