I walked in last week w/o an appointment. Brittni was very friendly when I asked if I could get an exam w/o an appointment. I only had a brief wait until Dr Haviland was able to see me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My vison had changed a bit since my last exam and I was planning to get new frames and lenses due to my current frames being very loose, but Paula their optician, was actually able to fix my current frames up like new so I'm just going to get some updated lenses in my current frames and get a pair of sunglasses with my insurance frame benefit. Nice selection of both regular and sunglasses frames.

My whole family recently went in for eye exams at Bryant Vision Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff (Paula) was incredibly friendly and welcoming, patient and helpful in deciding which frames to choose. Dr. Shelby was thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. Loved the glasses selection as well! I normally have to order online, but they had frames that we loved. Highly recommend, will definitely make this our primary eye doctor's office!

Absolutely wonderful experience from scheduling to picking out glasses. Willing to accommodate and made the appointment so stress free. I have always been the zebra and difficult to get contacts and glasses right due to other health issues. Dr. Haviland nailed it! It's the clearest I've seen in a long time. Other clinics I've been to, you feel like they move you through like cattle and it was definitely not like that. I highly recommend and have already been handing out business cards. If you haven't been here you need to!!!! You will not be disappointed!

I picked up my new glasses today and I love them. They are perfect. Very quality lenses. I can actually keep on the same pair of glsses to see near and far. My last pair didn't work like that very well.These are really good ones. I love Dr Shelby and her staff. They do a great professional job and they make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Now that I got my glasses and see how perfectly I can see, I can say for sure that Dr Shelby knows exactly what she is doing. TY Dr Shelby and Paula.

Dr. Shelby and Paula are an incredible dynamic duo! They were able to fit us in quickly (like same day quick!) AND bring my infant with me. They were patient with us and welcomed us both with open arms. They truly are good humans. If you're looking for new glasses, Ms. Paula takes her time to give an honest review of frames and doesn't try to nickel and dime you! SO appreciative and we've found our new family eye doctor. I am very happy with Dr Shelby Haviland the optometrist at Bryant Vision Clinic. I normally really don't care for going to doctors or dentists. But Shelby was really professional and relaxed. She explained stuff to me and I feel confident with her. Her assistant Paula helped me pick out the best glasses for me. They have a really nice office setting too. I was in and out of there fairly quickly. But not rushed. I would reccommened anyone to try out Bryant Vision Clinic. I think ya'll will like the doctor and the staff and the nice office setting.

Dr Haviland and her staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating! Had a very serious eye irritation and she helped me immediately and had me feeling better in minutes... she is a credit to her profession! I went on Saturday as an emergency but found my new eye doctor.... She even called in my prescription herself and made sure it would be available & ready when I got there! Highly recommend!
