Went in for a basic glasses appointment, her machine scratched my glasses, also asked for my PD number(which is a simple pupil distance) to allow me to buy glasses online they refused. -Post reply Edit* As someone whose job is to provide customers with information and data *required* to acquire corrective lenses it would be in your job description to offer this service(it is literally on the prescription that you provided). All online glasses sellers *require* a PD(Pupillary Distance) measurement in order to purchase glasses. I paid $80 dollars to get *almost* all of the information needed to get glasses, really feels like a rip off. op*tom*e*try - the practice or profession of examining the eyes for visual defects and prescribing corrective lenses.

I have been going to Dr Heien for a long time. She is very thorough and takes the time to check not just for a prescription but the health of the eye! Her receptionist Jeni is excellent as well!

She has the most integrity of any one I know. Most complete exam I have ever had. Been in glasses since the age of two. At 74 she listened to my concerns carefully. Smartest person around. Great eye Dr.

Tried to damage my eyes in order to have to buy two different contact prescriptions per eye. Had a bad experience twice one for glasses & another for contacts. Been to eye drs for years & none will flash the light in my eye like she did that long. It's as if she wanted my eyes to get damaged on purpose. I went to another eye dr he said differently, my eyes were both the same range. Always get a 2nd opinion.

Outstanding service from Jennie today. My glasses were in need of new nose clips, cleaning, and adjusting. Walked in and there was Jennie offering to help. I showed her my glasses and waited less than 5 minutes. She returned with new clips and cleaned. I was very pleased. I definitely recommend Central Arkansas Vision at Bryant Walmart.

They were problems identifying my insurance information but, the doctor and the receptionist did, to me, and outstanding job is going above board to find out the information so I could go ahead and get my eye examination. The doctor also was very in depth and her explanation of what was going on with me and my eyes. Her unassuming demeanor but thoroughness really put me at ease.

Dr. Reeves has been my long time vision care professional. I receive regular vision (for glasses) and diabetic exams. I experience little wait time and exams are thorough but handled in a minimum of time. I am very happy with Dr. Reeves and staff and recommend them for your vision care needs.

We made an appointment at 10:15, but because the child was late for the exam a few minutes, we arrived at 10:21. Until 11 o'clock I asked how long do we have to wait? But I was told that it depends on the guests. If the guests arrive on time, you have to wait forever. Is it just a few minutes late? There are 5 members of our family who have been here to see a doctor for several years. They usually arrive on time, but I haven't seen you on time! Don't you have to wait every time? Sometimes it even has to wait an hour. I was so annoyed that I cancelled everyone's appointments and will not go back in the future.
