Dr. Justin B. Franks

Unfortunately, I've had a disappointing experience with this eye doctor. For the past two years, l've expressed that my prescription doesn't seem correct, but each time it's due for a recheck, I'm suddenly unable to get an appointment. As a result, for the second year in a row, I'm stuck wearing glasses that don't properly fit my vision needs. Some of the front desk staff are kind and helpful, but others come across as dismissive or rude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this office based on my experience.

Posted a review previously and somehow Justin got it deleted. Summary of my experience was poor. Staff would not pro8vde a copy of contact lens Rx as law requires. Then, when I left a poor review, at my next appointment Justin confronted me in a hostile demeanor, tone and body language. I explained his staff was wrong based on law and I could just file a complaint. He replied, go ahead, they'll laugh at you, im on the board. I asked if that was going to be a problem. He said yes, so I stood to walk out. He followed closely behind me like a punk and tried to block the exit door. As long as you dont question them, you'll be fine. Good luck, Justin is a punk and I hope his staff shows him this review. My number is in the file, call me.

Dr Franks is great. He is thorough and kind. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your eye care needs.

This guy is fantastic! He listens, is good with kids and is great at explaining things to us parents. Our daughter has some complicated issues and he's really getting it sorted out. And oh yeah, his staff is great too - all very kind and helpful. I only wish we had found him sooner.

After my family being a patient for more than ten years, I go to make yearly appointments for myself and my five children, and I'm told that only two appointments per day per household can be made and that this policy was changed in January 2022 with no notification, and no resolution to be given. Yes, I understand it was my family's choice to follow God's plan and have as many babies as he would provide us, but this is indeed a discriminatory policy against large families when we don't have any choice/only can take so many days off to work at a time. So after ten long years and six family members in glasses, we will seek care someplace else. While. Both doctors in the office are amazing this policy and lost them as clients.

Dr. Franks is so kind! Always smiling and happy. Our family has seen Dr. Franks for years. He has a genuine interest in our whole family. Our children have moved away but still come back to see Dr. Franks. Would highly recommend.

This man, is the BEST eye doctor I have ever seen for myself and for my rambunctious children! He treats them kindly and actually cares about you! Book an appointment!!

After to leaving Dr. Frank's office my daughter exact words to a stranger was that her eye doctor is the most awesome eye doctor in the whole world. She loves going to the eye doctor and his staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Customer service is outstanding
