10 out of 10 would definitely recommend I seen Dr. Cox. She was very thorough and explained everything she was patient and took her time. Samantha was also amazing helping me find the right pair of glasses that where comfortable and in my price range

I drove almost an hour to come to this eye clinic for none other than the fact that I couldn't find anyone to take my vision insurance. I brought my 10 year old son who had intellectual disability and had an anxiety disorder. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I made the appointment to the appointment itself. My son was having a hard time staying still when the assistant was taking pictures of his eyes and she was so patient with him. The doctor was so sweet and patient with him as well. When it came to the point of us picking out frames, that lady was absolutely wonderful. They all made him feel so comfortable. And he's looking forward to going back next year.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeBlack for 5+ years. She is an excellent Doctor who not only has seen me through not only needing glasses full time, but also a serious eye infection. I'd also like to mention the ladies in the front, Amy in particular. She helps find frames that look cute and meet all my needs. This year I made a poor choice and after 10 days just couldn't make my new frames work. She helped me exchange and find new ones and the replacements to me in a week. I'm a huge fan!

I have been wearing contacts for a few decades now, and have had optometrists in St. Louis, New Orleans, Sacramento, and Conway - and hands down, Dr. DeBlack is the best! She listens to her patients - it's an actual conversation - and is terrific with helping them have the vision they want. The whole staff is great, too - friendly and efficient! Sometimes scheduling is pretty far out - but it's worth the wait! :)

I'm a first time patient. Dr. Davis took great care of me and even pointed some things out that another physician at another facility missed. Shawna helped me pick out glasses and got them ordered for me. I didn't have to have my eyes dilated, and everything was fast. I will definitely use Conway Family Eye Care for any of my future needs.

My wife and I both see Dr. Cox at Conway Family Eye Care and have experienced exceptional care. Hardly no wait time, tests are done swiftly so Dr. Cox has them before the eye exam. Always updates us on our differences from the last visit and puts in any new info before you leave- She lets you know exactly what is going into your file. Highly recommend Family Eye Care.

Very frustrating experience the past few years. They want to bump down my strong script every year. I've had bad eyes since the third grade. They Declined bifocals for me because of my age (had them in the fifth grade). And don't listen to me me when I say I can see the car in front of me, I declined this last bump down and prescription and canceled next years appointment with them this year because it's making it dangerous for me to drive. And I know they won't assume responsibility if something happens while driving .... I don't feel heard. I feel like they just don't want to give me a more powerful prescription because of my age. I'm exhausted and still can't see.

I came in to try on frames and they were patient and understanding. Very helpful and adjusted my current glasses to help them from sliding till I can get a new pair .
