I really appreciated the care that I received at Visioncare Arkansas. They were extremely thorough and very informative. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked. I will definitely be back!!

Me and my husband have gone here for years. My husband recently ordered new lenses. The total came out to $226, which I was fine with. A week later, I got a call saying I had to add a blue light blocker for another $95! That's something that should've been discussed upfront, not after I already paid and placed my order. It felt like a surprise add-on charge, and honestly, that's not how you treat customers. I expected more transparency and better communication. Now I'm stuck paying way more than I planned for a pair of glasses that should've been ready already. Definitely disappointing experience -- I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From front to back they are all kind, patient & helpful. When there has been a mistake with my glasses they have made it right. Young Dr Beau. Is the best. Lindsey, the best. Dr Barnes has seen me quickly when I had an eye issue & treated me well & healed my issue. My Visioncare experience has been positive for several years now. I am absolutely terrified of eye doctors. When my husband recommended these doctors i was like oh ill try them. They are the nicest most attentive eye professionals i have ever been to. I definitely recommend them.

I've gotten eye care from Visioncare for about 5 years. The staff are very streamlined and kind, the optometrists are thorough, and they have super affordable eyewear. 10/10 would recommend!

Visioncare is the most professional EyeClinic in Conway, Ar. They have the Best Eye Doctors. They really are compassionate about their patients and care. I always enjoy my appointment and know that the glasses are made very well there.

I walked in without an appointment, because I had some chainsaw debris lodged in my right eye from the day before. The optometrist rushed me back, and his 4 person team calmed me down and flushed my eye out repeatedly to wash out all the debris. Unfortunately, it has already started a sight threatening bacterial infection over half of my eye. They did the best they could for several hours, and he consulted online with several other Optometrists and Eye specialists. He came back and told me that he'd send me to someone better equiped to deal with the problem.The Dr sent me to Baptist Eye Treatment and Surgery Center in LR. Where, after several treatments, a minor cornea surgery; and several months with a cool eye patch, regained 97% of my eyesight. I returned after 9.5 months, and the Dr remembered me. I was there for a contact/glasses eye exam. After he finished he said my right eye was just slightly worse than it had previously been. I thanked him, shook his hand and went to pay for it. He patted me on the back, and told me that there was no charge today, and I wouldn't receive a bill for the 1st visit either. I'm always telling people this story, and I'll continue to recommend this place for as long as I live. God bless those Drs and their whole staff at Visioncare Arkansas. Thank you.
