I waited for over an hour as a walk-in. The front desk did not inform me until right before I saw the doctor that they could not bill my insurance. I ended up having to pay $120 out of pocket for the exam even though I have both health and vision coverage, with a maximum vision copay of $10 regardless of network. I was told they could not submit a claim, so I had to file it myself for reimbursement. The reason for the two-star rating is the poor communication from the front desk and billing regarding the expected wait time and billing details. The back office staff were polite and did a good job. I would not return here.

The office staff and doctor has an amazing attitude. They were so easy to talk to.

When I called to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get one so soon. I asked about payment information and received what I needed from a very friendly speaking person. I had taken someone to the clinic and they were comfortable with the staff.

Dr. Jaros is awesome. He was so patient with me last year to make computer glasses for me. Every doctor in the past told me they wouldn't be able to since I have so many issues. Dr. Jaros didn't even hesitate to help me. Best thing ever and I no longer have to stick my face in the screen to see. This years exam was just as good. He cares and I really appreciate that.

Appointment was on time. Eye exam was comprehensive. Doctor listened to all my concerns and provided responses that alleviated me. Optical techs gave me their undivided attention and engaged me socially as well as professionally. Costs for exam and glasses was quite reasonable. Overall great experience.
