Used Dr Cate for the first time recently. Ladies at front desk were very friendly. The lady that did the tests before I saw the Dr. was friendly and got the tests done quickly. Dr Cate was very friendly. Took time to get to know me a little, asked and answered questions and did more checks of my eyes than previous eye Dr ever did. Took his time . Made me feel very relaxed in new surroundings. I got glasses in just a day short of a week. Prices were about in line with previous glasses and office visits. I have to say best glasses that I have gotten in last couple of time at previous Drs. Very happy I chose Dr Cates office!

I really liked my experience here. This is a great place to get eyeglasses. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Cate is a good eye doctor. He takes his time with you and explains everything to you. They have up to date equipment. The office is very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I went there on a Monday for my eye exam. My glasses were ready on Friday. I am very satisfied with them.

Love this place very friendly and caring staff. Eye Dr explains everything to where you can understand and takes time to make sure he does his does job right. Visits only take about 30 to 45 mins. and contacts there are priced fairly and affordable with my insurance.

WONDERFUL PLACE! I haven't been in years, but the service hasn't changed. Friendly atmosphere from the front desk, the doctor was very informative with the results after evaluating my eyesight. Really good prices for glasses as well there. TOTALLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE WALMART EYE DOCTOR TO GO HERE!

Dr. Cate and his staff are wonderful and friendly! Eye exams are always very thorough and cost efficient. I'm always able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time. Dr. Cate is professional, informative and takes his time.

Very informative doctor, great staff and super friendly! Just one word of advice, when they call to confirm your appointment and ask you to show up early, don't do that. Especially if they've booked a morning appointment that is before 9:00am. Those doors will not open, and you'll be there early leaving google reviews in your car...

Dr. Cate is one of the most thorough optometrists in the River Valley. You definitely do not feel "rushed" through your exam process. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms and concerns. And they have a great selection of frames. And a friendly staff who actually will take the time to answer your questions.

Very good place and the friendly staff was very helpful. Dr. Cate was excellent. Did not rush and explained everything. Glass prices are good also. Highly recommend this place
