Dr. Lance Daniel O.D.

I had an exam that I scheduled online. I was able to get in within a week. The girl who did my actual exams was fantastic and so sweet. I did not get her name. She has great customer service and should certainly be appreciated for how she treats her patients! However, the male receptionist seemed to be very rude and dismissive towards her. It was uncomfortable to watch and I felt very bad for her. The eye doc, Dr. Daniel, was very nice as well, though. It was just that male receptionist. It was a little slow to get checked in and seen. But once I had done the tests and was in with the doc, it was quick and easy. I'll probably go back here!

The young man at the front desk wad extremely rude to my wife while she and my child were waiting on me. When I asked for an apology he laughed and said "it's whatever". Due to this I will not be returning. He was also very rude to the young lady that was also working the front desk. But Dr Daniel was very nice and very helpful.

Dr. Daniel is wonderful! He listens to his patients and is so personable. This is so important on top of being professional and just great at what you do. His staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well. I moved out of state for twelve years but other than during said time, I have been a patient of Dr. Daniel over a span of twenty-eight years. I highly recommend him for all of your eye needs.

Dr. Daniel and his whole office staff are awesome! I am new to the area and they made me feel very welcome. I recently had an eye exam at another office but I still couldn't see correctly. Dr. Daniel was able to tell right away and gave me a new prescription. And I mean, gave me. They rechecked my eyes and did not take my money. I've been to many eye doctors but hands down, this office is the the best!

Great experience here. Dr. Lance explains things in an easy to understand way. He saved me some money as well, and his staff helped get my consultation with the Eyegroup scheduled as well. Top notch service.

I took my daughter here yesterday it was our first time in and the girl at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and patient as well with my 5 year old baby girl. The Dr was phenomenal and worked very well with my daughter she really took to him which says a lot about the man I just want to thank them all for the professional service and the patience they had working with my little girl. She is excited to be getting her first pair of glasses just like her momma (myself) she is literally counting down the days to receive her first pair of glasses!

I am glad new Rx look good but he did good but didn't ask my question? I forget tell him before answer but make clear but I forget write down one word lol I almost reading and drive also outdoor almost work to do my home my time I am so happy he is goo's doctor notice didn't ask me question anytime so I keep quiet from him mm. He said to goods better but little change right eye I notice it I keep old paper last year Rx same left and right little change that good because see wide reading special during outdoor. I will buy one and one free lucky one still hold next month get new glasses will be happy My old glass is broken just wore out last four year glasses and lens glasses for three year fall part down wore out to broken down . it time new glasses next month would be happy. We were pleasantly surprised. the receptionist was kind and helpful. the Doctor was a people person. he was interested in us, or everyday lives but also enjoyed sharing a little of his own life. we actually look forward to seeing them again.
