I experienced with Dr. Price and staff that they have the knowledge and experiences in their testing, treatments and surgery services. The nurses and surgical team are outstanding.and facilities are excellent. You can have complete assurance of excellent care.

God forbid ask any question -I do not care who you dealt with prior to me, I am a person and a paying customer. The office staff are some of the most unhappy people I have met....more than one person down there needs to be treated as they treat. Sad because Dr Price is awesome and thorough- office staff make the visit worth while or not. This is an addition to the original post, opinions have not changed! I have tried to pay my bill three times. The woman in billing is so rude that I would rather bite my nose off to spite my face then to pay anything. She was willing to take my payment with 25 extra percent charge Because she was sending it to collections. That is blackmail... I'm willing to pay you right now for the third time $500 but since I made you Mad because I called you out and want to send me to collections, I get to pay 25% more? What sense does that make? That's OK I hope She is treated equally as well in her future. I am surprised that these people let her run their billing department this way.

Dr. Price and her crew are wonderful. Cyndi in the optical shop shop helped me get fitted with two new pair of glasses and they fit perfectly.

The ladies here were super nice and super helpful! Will definitely be using them again!!!

Save yourself time, money, and possibly your eyesight by finding a different doctor other than Dr. Claire Price! I had an event happen in December 2024 in which I lost total vision in what I describe as a kaleidoscope of colors episode. I booked an appointment for January 3rd, 2025 for an eye exam. Dr. Price made a predetermination and horrific misdiagnosis before she ever walked through the examination room to see me! She wasn't in the room for more than two minutes and egotistically dismissed my concerns. The wonderful team of highly skilled and professional ophthalmologists at UAMS Little Rock found the right central retinal occlusion visible during my appointment with The Eye Group MD and Dr. Price. She put my future eyesight in jeopardy! Again, in my opinion, she is dangerous! Sincerely, Greg Mueller

Everyone there are so nice. The doctor and nurses are thorough and want you to get the best eye care and glasses possible. I've been going there for about 8 years and the optical shop has better pricing than the "cut rate" suppliers. I've never had a problem with the doctor's service or the optical department. I recommend them 100%!

Apathetic tech did most of the eye exam. Doctor came in towards the end to try to funnel me to her glasses shop in the same building. Told me to get my prescription from that area. Was not the contact prescription that I had gotten the appointment for. Waste of money to get an updated contact prescription out of this BS eye care racket.
