The girls up front are absolutely the sweetest!!! Dr. Keating is so kind and truly the best optometrist I've ever been to--and I've worn glasses my entire life!!! I couldn't recommend this place more. They're also bilingual, which makes the experience even better. Definitely the best place to go!!!

I went to pick my daughter contact to find out they gave it to someone else without verifying the person. One of the girl said it was a young boy, teen age and insisted it was my child! All my kids are grown!!! very disappointed and would not go there again!

I had a very unpleasant experience. He delivered some devastating news about my vision and then joked about me being able to file my vision as a disability on my taxes. He rushed me through the exam, he didn't explain my options, the prescription, or what was wrong with my eyes. It was understood that he did not care. Also he followed me to the front desk,I'm assuming to make sure I paid. It was awkward and I don't recommend. He told me there was nothing that could be done for one of my eyes , however I have had an eye exam before and the Dr. Told me otherwise. I don't trust his practice. Having another exam done at Mercy. Save your money and time and do your research.

NO STARS. The blonde and a couple other ladies that work the front desk should not be in customer care. They are not professional nor do they try to help a client in any way. I doubt Dr. Keating has any idea that they are the reason he's losing patients. Also, when you don't care trial pairs for a contact prescription but suggest letting them have a trial pair in a slightly different prescription should be illegal bc that could damage the eyes!! I am finally changing my source!

I rarely do reviews but here's my personal experience. I have been a client for 2 years and have ordered contacts for the second time this year, 2022. The receptionist that ordered them November 15, 2022, did not say that the manufacturer does not ship 6 packs. i called a couple of times to follow up, until today, December 30, i have gotten hold of the same receptionist with a small voice--- she was rude and instead of apologizing she hang up on me. I cannot. Dr. Keating and his assistants that check the patients are nice, but that's it. This will be my last year with them. Big thumbs down.

They have always done well with my daughter, and were very patient with her even when she was young. They call promptly when items come in, and do not rush you just to clear their inventory up. They are also very kind to my mother when she steps in for me and my baby girl. Additionally, the lovely young women at the front counter are well rounded, friendly yet professional. Great service with a smile!

I've had three appointments at this location including an emergency visit, and each time was excellent. The staff is always cheerful and easy to talk to. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctors, which I've seen both Dr. Bill Keating and Dr. Wallace Liles, and they have always been punctual, kind, and never gave off a vibe that any questions I have are a trouble to them. Dr. Liles sees my 5yr old as well and he is great with her! Super people all-around! I've referred a few friends and family and they also have had great experiences.

Ordered a year worth of contacts 3 weeks ago and they never got shipped to my house. Prepaid for them ahead of them. When I called to check on the statues of the contacts. One worker put me on hold for 13 mins and the line ended up getting disconnected. So I called back and they said they don't have my contacts and will have to re order them and they will come in the next day. Well fast forward to the next day. I was informed they only have one box for my left eye available and the contacts didn't come in yet and on top of that she lady at the front desk tried to charge me again for the ONE box they had when I already paid them 3 weeks ago. So yea. Take ur business somewhere else. Unprofessional here.
