Been to 4 different eye doctors in 6 years in the Fort Smith area and all were a joke. Graham was my 5th try..and will be my last. Just let me say I recommend them! If looking for a good optometrist....look no further. Graham Optical

I was told last week by one employee that when I brought my lenses in for replacement, under warrantee, that I could keep my old lenses. I made choices based on that information. Today, when I got there to pick up my lenses, I was told I could not keep them by another employee. She said they had to be returned for credit. I understand that and it would have not been an issue with me if I would have been told that originally. I would have chose different if I had known. Make sure you ask more than one person about their procedures. If not, you may find out later that you were misinformed. It might put you in a bind like it did me......

Been going to Graham Optical since 1996. In the last 8-10 years, he has written my prescription for my contacts backwards (L eye was really for R eye and vice versa) more times than he didn't. Once he put me in a really strong L contact to work as a bifocal lens, which caused double vision, as I didn't wear bifocals at that time. Finally decided to go to his daughter and she put me in multi focal lenses, which I love and work great, but my right eye was still not seeing clearly. Went back for yearly exam. Didn't do the up close eye exam (read chart clipped to eye glass equipment). She changed both scripts in both eyes and my right eye is STILL blurry and new strength in left eye is strong enough. Was told my distance sight had gotten better and causing the blurry vision. Now I can't even see the print on my 65" TV 10 foot across the room. Time to find a new eye doctor. Will not be returning to either of them.

Dr ok been with him for 40 years but the woman back with the glasses is very disrespectful and unprofessional needs to be fired

Idk something about this place feels like home! Like my optometrist home! Great environment and Dr Graham is the best as well with children! 11/10 recommended!

I've purchased eye glasses from Graham Optical on two seperate occasions (I use the Greenwood office). I'm absolutely satisfied with the service & products I recieved. I picked up some new frames & lenses today and couldn't be happier.

I wasted a lot of money buying contacts & glasses (MADE MY VISION WORST) from this establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!

I scratched my eye this past week. I haven't known this kind of pain in a while. I called two minutes after they opened, and Dr. Grahams staff not only got me the earliest appointment that morning, but assured me I would be ok. They took excellent care of me, and helped my fiance with some of the paperwork details since I couldn't see well. Not only did they give me relief with eye drops, and find the cause of my pain quickly each person in that office treated us like family. Totally found where I will be going from now on for my eye care. Oh and they are VERY sanitary during this crazy time. I personally watched them take everyone's temp who came in and everything was wiped down before and after someone touches it. 10 stars!
