If my glasses are as good as I expect I will add a star when I get them...
EVERYONE was nice and polite... Some of these other reviews are just dumb. LINDA was my girl- she sat there with me and figured prices for at least an hour... She worked out the best deal for me verrrry patiently. Walmart turned out to be sooooo much of a better deal (especially) than anyone else who might make your glasses in an hour, by hundreds of dollars. Again, Linda helped me soooo much (& everyone else was great, too)
Walmart is the best deal in town now if you want or need more than one pair of glasses.

It was my first and last visit to their office. The doctor and his assistants were awesome. I ordered my glasses the same day. And I happened to be shopping today and I asked my husband to check on them while I paid for the groceries. My husband asked the same person that helped me with them if they'd made it in and the guy goes "well have we called her yet"??? Seriously?? In case he hadn't noticed gas is going up and I am trying to make my trips to town count. Thankfully my husband but his tongue. He was telling me about it in front of our cashier and she even agreed the person was rude !!!

Omg! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any location. The young girls that work here are rude, unprofessional, attacked me verbally, refused to give me my trail contacts, refused to give me a refund, refused to allow me to speak to the Dr Keeting! I've been going to this location for 20 years and this is has been the worst service I've ever received. It's bad enough that I got the wrong measurements to order my glasses online and was told Dr Keeting approved them giving me me the wrong trail contact lenses to use even though they would cause me to have horrible migraine s! Who knowingly does that to a patient then comes outside in the Walmart lobby and verbally attacks the patient! Wth! I will never return and will be turning this into the the board of optometry!!!!

Was told I was wasting the ladies time because I asked if my other insurance would be covered there, tried to ask to talk to a supervisor in which she told me she was a supervisor started raising her voice at me and hung up the phone. At this point I was very upset and called back to see if someone different would answer the phone in which she did again and said I was wasting her and she wasn't going to talk to me and I asked multiple times for a higher management number which she denied to give me multiple times and told me if I tried calling back up there again she would call the cops saying I was harrassing her, I've never been talked to like this in my life she was very rude and unhelpful and yet I still don't know if my insurance is even covered there but that doesn't matter much now bc I will never be going there again. All I was trying to figure out was if my insurance was covered there and she blew it up into something big when it was a simple question.
