Crestview Optical Dept My husband and I purchased glasses from Crestview Optical in Jacksonville, AR in 2024. Glasses come with a year guarantee. Within 6 months both our lenses were cracking around the edge. We took them back and Crestview Optical ordered us new lenses without cost. My husband has had his replaced twice within the year. While on vacation in July, I noticed my lenses were cracking around the edge again. I started calling the end of August but did not reach a person until September 8th. When the lady checked, she said she was sorry but my warranty went out on Friday, September 5th. I told her I had been calling and she said, "well, if you had called Friday, they would be covered". I had called Friday but they do not have an answering machine. She then preceded to tell me she would replace them with a 10% discount totaling $409 just for the lenses. I do not normally write reviews but I feel this is not right. Please note the doctors are great but beware of Crestview Optical. A person on social security doesn't have vision insurance and an extra $409 laying around.

I was seen here when it was time for my annual eye exam and really had a great experience! My Dr was friendly and made me feel comfortable and when it came time to pick out new frames, the girls seemed to have as much fun as I did grabbing and trying on different frames, as well as giving honest opinions. They didn't seem to be trying to sell me expensive frames. They wanted me to have cute ones. I left very pleased! I've attached a picture of the new "specs." I think the ladies did a great job finding the perfect pair. :)

Had a not so great experience with lack of questions of their side about my eyes and getting back into contacts. I had no idea of a co pay until I finally got someone on the phone a month later maybe 3 weeks. I was under the impression I paid for a fitting fee and not a co pay and fitting fee. I will never go back and would not recommend to others. Lack of communication on their side to people who need help with their eyes and slightly shady on the money part.

They won't give you a full eyeglass prescription unless you buy glasses from them. They won't measure your PD, which is a vital part of the prescription. So if you're using Zenni Optical or ordering glasses from any website, don't go here!

I have been using them for 15+ years. They have always treated me great.
