Staff was friendly. Although, I sat down for 20 minutes and didn't realize I was to fill out some forms before I was even able to be called back for my eye exam. I expected to be there for 1.5 hours but instead was there for 2.5. It is what it is. But I wish they were faster at getting you in and out. I had to use vacation time for that.

After being beyond frustrated, I walk in to Amerine Eye Care and get an immediate greeting and with 10 minutes received a professional legit consult with the staff and doctor rather than a zoom call! The technician and ophthalmologist were very professional. I suggest making an appointment ahead of time. By walking in, I waited just under two hours. If you do walk in, call ahead to see their number of staff on hand to handle the appointments upcoming. The staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
