My dad came here yesterday as a referral from another eye place. The staff was absolutely amazing and listened to him. They treated him for macular degeneration. Caught it at an early enough stage! Highly recommend this place. He'll be back again in November for another treatment then after all that heals he'll have cataract surgery done. This place is amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Pratt and the staff have always been great and taken good care of me. I feel like Dr. Pratt truly cares about my vision. The one complaint I have with this place is the restrooms. There aren't enough and theyre dirty alot. The waiting room stays full of people and only 2 toilets. Ive seen 6 people in line waiting.

Took my 25 year old daughter to see Dr Davis for a detached retina in her left eye. They worked her in and she will be having surgery at the end of this month. He was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner ( my daughter was very nervous/anxious/upset) I am so very thankful for his help and the thorough visit. Although they were extremely busy... he took his time and explained everything to where this mom felt better afterwards

Dr. Kennedy was amazing, very kind and listened to everything I had to say. She took care of all my needs in 1 visit, including the treatments. To be only 29 going to a retinal specialist, she made it very easy. Definitely recommend her. Thank you.

Find a different clinic to go to. These people have no problem leaving you waiting for an hour or more past your appointment time. And all they have to offer is excuses. They obviously completely overbook.
In addition, the previous doctor I saw here was an not competent in my opinion. Told me he couldn't explain why I was having flashes in my eye and that I needed to wait for my doctor to get back from wherever she was and schedule me 5 weeks out. With the history of written a tears and detachments for myself and my paternal family that's a problem.
Definitely recommend going anywhere but here.

I have been taking my 86 year old mother to the Arkansas Retina Clinic to see Dr. Kim for the last 8 months. Dr. Kim has a terrible bedside manner. He is very rude, hateful and uncaring. We will not go back to see him ever after today's visit.

Dr Hughes and staff stayed late to help me with a detached retina Friday evening on Good Friday. I'm sure they was all wanting to do something else but they stayed for me and I do truly appreciate it thank you so much. Oh and I came in from Fort Smith/Van Buren.
