My husband and I have finally found our eye doctor. Dr.Baltz was referred to my husband by his Primary Care Provider. I received the most thorough eye exam I have ever. The entire staff is so nice and helpful! Ally helped me find a pair glasses that are perfect for my face, eye color and hair color. I went to pick them up and she took the time to make sure they fit perfectly and that I could see! I will recommend Dr.Baltz to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor. It was a great experience from beginning to end!

A great doctor care about her patient. Here is my story, I was planning to travel on first week of Nov 2025 to a foreign country while I was experiencing the vision declining. The left bottom of left eye vision is blurry. I went to see her on the first week of Oct. She didn't finish the checks on the first visit because I have to go back work and she did all she can to help me to get back to work. She quickly set up another appointment because she want to help me to meet the date of my trip. On my 2nd visit, she decided to send me to do a MRI. On the date of MRI, she called me 2 hours after I went out the MRI Clinic and referred me to Dr.Krisht, the best neurologist of Arkansas. Then my appointment with Dr.Krisht is next day. To me, that was quick. That date was 5 days away from my flight. Dr.krisht use only 3 days to get my insurance to approve hospital mri, and they actually completed the diagnosis ahead of the date I have to take ky flight. Although I end up cancel my trip. But I am not feeling bad. Because I was have a tumor and my tumor got removed on Dec 9th. That tumor size is like an egg. My vision recovered, and the pain after surgery is minimal and the cost is also affordable . For such surgery and 4 days inpatient stay. I only paid around 2000 after my insurance.

Great doctor. Hard to get appointments though
