I was referred to James Eyecare & Optics Gallery by my previous eye doctor in a different state, who is close friends with Dr. Dolven. Dr. Dolven is so nice and personable, and I have been highly satisfied with her care. I trust her. The rest of the staff are lovely too. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I had another great experience at James Eye Care. I had my annual exam and got new lenses for my glasses. The staff on the exam and eyewear side are very conscientious, explained all my options, checked my insurance and gave me solutions I could afford. Thanks for great service.

Great staff, warm and friendly office. Dr Dolven is the best. I felt more like s friend vs. a patient. She's not in a hurry to get on to the next patient. Really takes the time to do a thorough exam.

Love Dr. Dolven!! No matter how many times over the years I have seen her, she still goes over every detail. She spends a lot time explaining things & comparing how my eyes have changed over the last 4 years. She takes her time to answer all my questions & doesn't stand with her hand on the door trying to rush out. The staff is super friendly! I have no complaints!! I have referred lots of people in my family. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Dolven is amazing. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone! I am not a fan of the sales side or staff though.

Dr. Julie is awesome, very knowledgeable and great at explaining the need for eye exams and how many other health issues can be detected by something so inexpensive even if your health insurance doesn't cover it.
