Lane Eye Care is absolutely amazing! The doctor is awesome and always remembers me--even though I only come once a year, which truly means a lot. Dennis is wonderful too! He takes the time to explain why certain glasses work best with different nose shapes and face features, making sure you leave feeling confident and comfortable. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. From start to finish, the experience is top-notch. I highly recommend Lane Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that truly goes above and beyond!

The Doctor is great, but the staff is not! I paid over $200 for my contact lenses upfront and they agreed to call me once they arrived in the mail. When I attempted to pick up the contacts, the male office clerk refused to give them to me without my receipt. He should have wrote paid in my file. I had to drive back home and find my receipt. He never apologized for the inconvenience. The same person, I asked him to mail a copy of my prescription. He said I'll send it soon as I can. He did not send it. I called back days later and spoke with a female office clerk who finally sent it. Having a good staff is just as important as being a good Doctor. Your staff can make or break your business.

Not that impressed. Can't seem to get a straightforward answer as to when my glasses will be ready. One person says 2 weeks, another person says 3-4 weeks. Seems like a ridiculously long time to wait for glasses. Reading from the reviews, Ill probably be waiting a lot longer than 4 weeks. The fact that they didn't tell me when I was paying for my visit should have been my sign to just take my prescription to success vision or Walmart and got them the same day. The office itself has seen better days. From the scuffs and holes in walls, to the water stains on the ceiling, seems like the practice doesn't care about the esthetics of the place.

They are very professional and passionate about what they do. I am always in and out with no long waits. The lady at the desk is always sweet and kind and I enjoy my talks with the staff. You never feel like just a number and someone yelling next, it's like a family.

Dr. Lane does a very thorough exam. But sometimes he moves me along too fast- don't get much of a chance to ask questions as he opens the door for me to leave. But sometimes he takes time to adequately answer questions and explain things. The receptionist in charge of most things has perhaps replaced the last lady that wasn't too knowledgeable.

I found Dr Lane when my other clinic stopped taking my insurance 15 years ago. He is professional, kind, and is great at keeping my family's eyes seeing. Cheryl is kind and always helps me pick out glasses that look good on me. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am not a happy customer. I think this must the same for all doctors. For some reason they seem to think that their time more valuable then the customers. As a professional service person myself. When I give someone a time that I can be the I'm there. I don't make them wait for 30 minutes to get my time. In this case I was there early and still had to wait for 20 minutes just to see someone else take my slot. I will be finding another doctor that respects my time as much as I respect theirs.
