Little Rock Eye Clinic - Doctors Park

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. The staff was very nice and most of them seemed very knowledgeable. I felt like my exam was very thorough and they answered all of my questions without issue. I plan to keep them as my eye provider forever.

I visited the eye clinic at 9600 Baptist Drive, Little Rock ste 230 and was very concerned about hygiene. The clinic smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment I walked in, and the odor carried into the exam rooms. As someone with asthma, this was especially concerning, yet my comment to the technologist was brushed off. I also noticed visible hair on the autorefractor forehead rest, suggesting it was not cleaned between patients. When I pointed it out, it was wiped quickly with a single small alcohol pad, which is not adequate for equipment that touches patients' faces. Staff were also observed touching shared surfaces and then patients' faces without hand hygiene. Given that patients with contagious eye conditions such as pink eye and herpetic eye infections are commonly treated in eye clinics, this raises serious infection control concerns. When I tried to speak with a supervisor, I was contacted by someone claiming to be the Director of Operations who was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and took no responsibility. Dr. Hannah, however, was excellent. Her examination was thorough and professional, and I have no complaints regarding her care. Based on the lack of basic infection control and poor response to patient concerns, I would not recommend this clinic. Especially when you are paying top dollar for medical services, you expect higher standards of cleanliness and safety.

Dr Stuckey at LR EYE CLINIC ON BAPTIST HEALTH DR was OUTSTANDING. His knowledge is vast, having accumulated over many years of practice. I enjoyed his pleasant nature, and he made me feel comfortable and confident in his skills. This was my first encounter with this location, but I have been going to LR EYE CLINIC FOR 30 years. Also, the older and caring receptionist was very respectful and kind. I wish I knew her name. Kelsey in the optical department was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped me to decide on glasses that I purchased

Love Dr. Stuckey! I'm always excited for my visits, we have such wonderful talks, he's very thorough and I never have any worries in regard to him or his staff.

Dr. Stuckey is amazing. He got me in quickly when I had scratched my eye and needed immediate attention. He gave me great care. Could not be more pleased.

Dr John Stuckey is the best!! We would use no one else! Little Rock Eye Center was great too on my cataract surgery!!

I had an urgent situation with one eye. Even though I was a standby patient, I was shown to a room soon after arriving. Everyone I dealt with was kind, patient, and gentle. I was actually seen without much wait time at all. I highly recommend this office and ophthalmologist.

Dr. Stuckey and staff have served me and my family for years. He is the best of the best!
