Dr. Zachary is always a pleasure as is the whole staff. The most impressive thing I saw was the receptionist. She fielded an odd phone call and people I saw as potentially difficult. She was very professional, patient and business like. After the phone call she dealt with I expected to hear an irritated sigh. Nope. It was like the call never happened. She just went on with her job. That was impressive because I don't know if I could have held my composure that well.
