Stanton Optical

I would recommend Staton Optical to anybody looking for an in and out service. Ive been here twice. Though the wait was about 5 or 10 minutes the environment was relaxed and i could see there was no lounging around by the staff. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses( Jodie) was very helpful, considerate of my monetary boundaries, and helped me find a perfect pair of glasses for me. I will be ordering glasses through her from now on. All together it was a great experience. Thank you Jodie. Im so glad i found you and this place.

This was my first and last experience with Staton Optical. The initial customer service was good, but I mentioned that my sister told me about them, and since they have a referral policy, I expected her to receive credit. However, I wasn't asked for her full name to process the referral. I was also told it would take two weeks for my glasses to arrive. After four weeks, I called my sister to see if she had received her glasses, as we visited the store at different times the same day. When I called the store, I was told my glasses had arrived. Upon arrival, I found three customers already in the store, and I was ignored by the staff. Eventually, a young lady approached, handed me my glasses, and told me to look around while he would assist me shortly. I waited, and when he finally asked if I needed help, I requested a case and then left. Overall, this is not the customer service experience I want to encounter again.

I came a bit early to attend my appointment because it's Saturday and I knew they would probably be busy. Boy was I right!!! I truly appreciate the staff at this location! They stayed calm and were very professional with the number of people inside. I have been with Staton for years, but this time was my first to see it crowded like today. I appreciate Jodi with assisting with my frames and Daisy for the exam! With all the noise and number of people you all were super amazing! Even though it took me 3 hours, but it's my off day and I expected this.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30. It's currently 2:02 and I still haven't been seen. People that came in after me are being seen before me. The lady at the desk constantly keeps forgetting people paperwork. There has been at least 3 people that have been waiting and haven't been seen because they haven't completed paperwork. What's the point of having an appointment if it isn't honored. Definitely the last time I'm coming here. This makes absolutely no sense what so ever. Edit I ended up leaving around 3. Couldn't find any frames that I liked in the deal and the guy worked with me and helped me get some frames that I liked. He made the whole experience better.

Eric and Jodi are the best. I had an appointment at 5:15 Saturday evening and they were busy and close to closing, but still got me in and we're extremely nice and talkative. I came back Sunday when then opened and they helped me with picking out different styles of glasses, and didn't rush me at all. Super helpful and my experience was the best I've ever had. I've never had glasses before so I will be coming here and only here again. I highly recommend them and the company. I even got my glasses in the same day on Sunday and the price is reasonable. Again definitely recommend anyone to go here. Thank you Eric and Jodi you guys are the best!

Jodi was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I have been waiting to buy my progressive glasses for an entire year as most in store places did not have any glasses that made me squeal with excitement, and online ordering was too risky with the type of prescription I have. I went into Stanton Optical with my prescription, scared I wasn't going to be able to find what I wanted, and more so not going to be able to afford something perfect with my budget. I've been in retail for over 23 years so customer service is so so important. Today I left with tear filled eyes. I got not only one, but TWO pairs of glasses, the top two on my "squeal" list. She worked with me on everything I needed and wanted. When she showed me my total, I thought I was looking at the price for just one pair, but no, I get two! She took the time to play around with different way to get as close as possible to stay within my budget, making some adjustments to the type of lens in order so I could get into glasses quicker because of my budget. She was able to hear my concerns, read my body language and ended up making it happen and ordering the EXACT lenses I wanted. She was absolutely WONDERFUL. Thank you Jodi for listening to my needs and wants and making it happen today. CANT WAIT TO BE ABLE TO SEE!!!! ...... -customer for life

I came in for an eye exam on New Year's Eve 2025 and traffic volume was extremely busy. There was a gentleman named Eric whom assisted me and was amazing! He was working solo and had many customers to attend but multi tasked very well. He remained calm, friendly and helpful. I wanted to give recognition to this associate on customer service share my experience. Thanks! 5 stars You Rock!

Worst visit to any Drs office in my life. VIRTUAL DOCTOR? We were never seen by an in person dr. We were put in a room with a tv in it and were told this counts an eye exam. It was chaotic, we were there for 3 hours! And I STILL DIDN"T GET GLASSES! Which I desperately need, that is how poor the experience was. The guy behind the glasses counter was trying to upsell on everything without even asking me. He showed me the total and said, "This is how my manager wants me to put them" Of course, you are upselling! I have never been automatically added, antiglare/uv/etc without being asked. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. I REALLY LIKED THE GLASSES I PICKED AND STILL LEFT. I cannot give this scam of a company more money than my visit. Of which without insurance is only $25 and with insurance was $115? I almost forgot the best part, there was an in person dr present in the office...he was ALSO doing virtual calls....with a lobby FULL of people....waiting to see a virtual dr.... It was very dystopian..he was 5ft from patients in the waiting room helping people on a tv screen in another "drs. office" Such weird vibes
