Success Vision Express

I had an excellent experience with Success Vision Express of North Little Rock. I received my glasses within just a few hours of requesting them, which is incredibly convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. Christian, professional, precise, and very personable. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The pricing was also very affordable, and they have a great selection of frames to choose from. I highly recommend Success Vision Express, especially for business professionals who have limited time but still want quality service and quick results.

2 exams in on 1 appt and still not the correct script, and they charged me extra bc THEY didn't get it right! I was told on the phone an amt to expect. They charged wayyyy more. My script was no good, I was told I could come back in for a 3rd exam but they would not refund what I paid for a bad script. I went back to my optometrist near by, correct script 1st time. Tried to show proof to success that they had the wrong script for my eyes I need a refund. I did not trust them to do a 3RD exam to TRY to get it right! Long story short they still charged me for 2 bad scripts I can't use! Tried to dispute on my cc, they told my cc service they performed an exam (that is no use to me!) Bad ethics in my opinion! I will dispute again with cc company, this just isn't right!

I had a great experience here! I was helped by Michelle who was incredibly friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She was able to take the time to help me find some great frames that I feel comfortable with! Would definitely recommend.

The best experience I've had getting new prescription glasses. Great customer service and friendly employees. Morgan helped me find just the right frames for my face shape. Will refer and definitely come back.

Would like to give a less than one star. When I went to get new glasses, I presented my Blue Cross insurance card and she said we will use that at check out. After I picked my frames out and she totaled my bill, I tried to use my insurance benefits of $200 toward purchase. It didn't process that benefit so she just said I needed to check with my insurance and file a claim myself. So I paid the full bill of close to $400. After I got home and checked with my insurance I found out Success Vision wasn't one of their approved locations. Now I'm aggravated so I called back to success and asked if they accepted Blue Cross and the answer was No! The bottom line is: the sales girl knew before I ordered that I couldn't use my benefit but she let me place THAT order! Shame shame shame

Visited this place and chose out a pair. Since I didn't have prescription, they told me to come back with it and they could give me my glasses. They allowed me to make an account to save and reserve the glasses I had chosen. So, the next day I got my prescription and gave it to the lady at the counter, and asked if she could get the reserved glasses for me. Yet, she said they didn't have my name or glasses reserved for me. Now I have to GO BACK again. Great.

I've had transition lenses for 40 years and none of them ever peeled off, however the one time I decided to purchase them from Success Vision they started peeling after one year. I still have some old glasses from 10 years ago and they never peeled. Of course the ones from SV is not covered by warranty and they can't repair them without a new eye exam and selling me some new (substandard) lenses. There is a reason their products are so cheap. Because they are! You'll go through a dozen pair of their glasses before you'll wear out a single pair from a professional company. I do not recommend wasting money at Success Vision.
