Front desk staff leaves A LOT to be desired. Their customer service isn't ideal. Dr. Verma, however, is very kind and thorough. Appointments do take FOREVER, though, so if you're looking for efficiency, look elsewhere. You will spend a solid hour and a half for each appts

I went to Dr. Verma's office and received horrible customer service. When I went for a eye exam for my son, who is 5, I was told his prescription had changed. I wanted to keep the frames and just have the lenses replaced. A couple of days later I was called and said the frames had been broken. I asked if I could get a refund for what I paid for the lens and to see if they could just stop the process of the lens being made, since I had to get the frames back and take them to where I purchased them, I wanted to save a trip and time and get them changed there instead. Also because I knew I would have to wait another 1-2 weeks for the frames to be replaced. I didn't want my son to go that long without glasses. I was told by Emily that their policy was that all purchases made after 4pm could not be refunded but that she would ask Dr. Verma and find out. A couple of days later I had to call back since I didn't receive a call and was told she went ahead and told them to make the lens and I couldn't get a refund. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to come back, I took them to where I purchased them, and they are going to have them replaced at no cost. When I went to pick the frames up from Dr. Verma's office, Emily tried to say if I had to pay again for the frames I will not get reimbursed. Even though she told me over the phone that they would reimburse me. I am thankful they were still under warranty. After trying to speak to the office manager Veronica to see if I could get a refund or if they could work something out for me, I was just told that is not their policy and I could not get a refund. She mentioned that is why they don't recommend frames that aren't purchased at their office to be sent to lab since they won't be liable for damage. I mentioned I was not told that when I purchased the lenses and I didn't sign anything either. It was a bad experience with horrible communication on Emily. I felt they cared more about their policy, than making it right with the customer. Sadly to say I will not be going back there.

Over all the office staff is so rude. But Dr Verma always been nice to my son who special needs. She just a little quiet and I think some people take that as being rude. But she just profesional sweet Dr .

We highly recommend Dr. Monica Verma for all your kids eyecare needs. As a pediatric ophthalmologist and surgeon, she truly excels in her field. When we visited her clinic, it was clear that she genuinely cares for her young patients. Dr. Verma takes the time to make sure each child receives a thorough examination and accurate diagnosis. She was patient and kind with the kids, making my child feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail in prescribing the right lenses and frames was impressive, and we left with a clear understanding of the next steps. She even recommended prescription inserts for ski googles when she found out that our daughter was having problem wearing her glasses during ski trip. It made all the difference; she had a best experience skiing after she was able to see clearly. Her office staff was very helpful and followed up with calls after our visit in a timely manner. If you're looking for a dedicated and compassionate eye doctor for your child, Dr. Verma is the best choice!

All 3 of my kids are seen by Dr. Verma. It takes a bit longer to get in to see her because she is THE BEST at what she does. She is always friendly, thorough and professional. She takes her time and listens to my concerns. There are so many different stylish glasses to choose from and her office is very kid friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Verma!

If you want a thorough and personalised care Monica Verma is your go to person. She is patient and very good at what she does. I never felt rushed in her office as compared to other doctors I have been to. The clinic is clean , well decorated . Her staff is also very friendly.

Dr. Monica Verma is the best children's Ophthalmologist we could have asked for. She performed 3 successful surgeries on our son and has him the best looking glasses for the last 8 years. Also, the girls in the office are nice and helpful and super fast when repairs are needed for glasses due to some rough boys!

The most respectful and in depth visit we have ever received from a Specialty Physician, Left with no questions unanswered, referrals were prompt, optical was a breeze. Dr.Verma goes above and beyond for her patients and you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does. 10/10 would recommend, I will be continuing care for my children here for as long as possible.
