Walmart Vision & Glasses

I walked into the Baseline Vision Center. Paris greeted me with a smile and was eager to help and adjusted my glasses to perfection. Very nice to receive this type of service this day and time. Thanks Paris!!!

Absolutely disgusting behavior and attitudes. An employee flat out lied and got me banned from the store saying is yelled and cussed at her, which I did neither, then had the racist coach and security surround me in the store. OVER LIES!! When threated with a breach of contract suit I was told I would get a refund. Should have received the refund in 3 to 5 business days, it took almost 10 weeks!! I had to call almost daily before they finally sent the money. Everyone at the Baseline store should be fired and new people who are honest and trustworthy hired on.

This is my first time visiting here at Walmart vision center, but I love this place very professional staff !! I didn't have an appointment but ms.Alicia still took the time to run my insurance and get me a same day appointment. The exam was very quick easy and I will always return and spread the word! Thank you so much ms.Alicia you were amazing!!!

I walked into Walmart Vision today greeted by Dulce. She's a real sweetheart and very good at her job. She helped me find exactly what I needed and let me know about the discount for the second pair of glasses. I bought 2 pair today at a great price. I had a great experience here today. Dulce is great!!

These reviews you are seeing that say the doc wasn't the best, or their glasses took 12 weeks..... these are all for Envision Eyecare, not for this Walmart Vision!! People, I will tell you that in all my years of having to buy and wear eyeglasses, I've never come across a better experience than at THIS particular Walmart Vision Center on Baseline. Ms Ellen is just one of the employees, and she has gone above and beyond to ensure I'm happy every time I've been there over the years. Ms Dulce is another employee, and I can't tell you how much she has done for me, on multiple occasions over several years, and she never fails to absolutely amaze me and re-instill my waning faith in humanity once again! Whether it's helping me to use my flex-spending account properly, or helping me choose glasses that look good, to her follow-up service and the personal relationship she's formed with me - she's amazing and I can't say enough. This includes interactions with other customers that I've witnessed personally (some of which I would have told to get lost and die due to how they were acting), she never fails to ALWAYS be informed and helpful, overly nice and giving, and cares about helping others to see as well as possible, and to look nice doing so. There are other employees that I've found ALL share the same dedication to service and satisfaction, and I will never shop for my eyewear anywhere else. They are fantastic, and treat me like a VIP, deserving or not. Love them!

The whole experience was great, from the receptionist, optometrists to the opticians. Thank for a wonderful experience. My new glasses even came five days early.

The experience was really a --1..I am a disabled adult woman.I had a appointment scheduled on 6/15/2018 when I arrived the Dr. Was no where near happy about me being in a wheelchair.He states "no one told him about my schedule appointment which I made early last week.He continued to state that he couldnt make room for me ,and he was really frustrated at the time ..when I told him that I really needed him to look at my eye...He goes on to say,and I quote "It can't be to much wrong with it cause its not red or swollen",then after asking him a few more times to please look at my eye..He goes on to say and I quote again,"I am going to say this one more time Theres nothing I can do for. He was unfriendly,unprofessional,and unwilling to assist me in anyway.

After 5weeks my son's glasses came in, it's been 7 weeks and my daughters glasses hasn't came in yet, they messed up and had to reorder them and said they put a rush on them it be two weeks well there still not here and today lady got rude with me well when I do get them we will never be back
