Amazing customer service and professionalism! Everyone was extremely helpful; Dr. Jamie answered lots of questions regarding my previous uncomfortable contacts, gave me multiple free trials to find a good find the "10/10 fit", and the receptionist was a huge help in finding glasses I'd like as well. The visit was quick but not rushed. The office looks great and has a nice selection of glasses and contacts. Dr. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and made the visit enjoyable (occasionally cracking jokes and asking "do you have any questions?"). I'll definitely be returning in the future!

Dr. Johnson is a true professional. From the time I walked into his clinic I was cared for with the utmost professionalism and concern. I had not been in to see an eye doctor since I had Lasik eye surgery to correct my vision back in 2007! I was put at ease right away, his front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I was brought back and some initial tests were performed by a very knowledgeable and thoughtful assistant. Dr. Johnson then came in promptly and made me feel very comfortable. He is a great communicator and was in no hurry to get out of our appointment and this was even on a Friday late afternoon. He answered all of my questions and was honest with his assessment. I am happy to recommend him highly to anyone who is needing an eye exam. You will be taken great cafe of. Thank you Dr. Johnson and team!

Excellent experience. Had an appointment last week and already received my glasses. Dr. Johnson exceeded my expectations and the staff was great. The clinic has had an uplift and looks good. Glasses lady is hot. I will be going back.

My experience at west little rock eye care was phenomenal. Reception was friendly and polite. Dr Jamie was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down, he joked but was professional. This was a wonderful experience. This is my new eye care home

West Little Rock Eye Care is my regular eye doctor and I am always very satisfied, however, recently, I was traveling out of town when my only set of contacts tore. I normally travel with a spare set, but I had completely forgotten this time. The office staff worked so well with another eye doctor out of town to get me into a set of contacts! They were even having computer issues and were able to text me a print out of my prescription. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! I sincerely appreciate it!

If you need an optometrist, I cannot recommend West Little Rock Eye Care and Jamie Johnson, O.D. enough! From the staff of Kristen, Tammy, and Kayla to the actual optometrist himself, I had the best time! Not only was everyone professional, but they were all insanely funny, welcoming, clever, charming, and unique. I felt like I was at some type of amazing party, yet I also got great information and an exam. Jamie is open to all kinds of questions and concerns and answers them with kindness and patience. He also looks like an Avenger crossed with Woody from Toy Story, ha! So there is an ancillary benefit. I have been to many optometrists and he is by far my favorite. Also, the staff is the best! Not only will you go to the doctor but you will learn, laugh, and have a nice reprieve from the world. 5 stars across the board!

The doctor is very charming, funny, and he knows his stuff! I had read on previous reviews that the staff was not very helpful, but we decided to try this place out. I'm glad we did! The staff was friendly and helped me find a new style of glasses that fit my face.

The visit was excellent. We didn't get a prescription that day. They gave us a couple contacts but no written prescription or didn't order any either. We have called, text and left voicemails but no one calls back. Almost 2 weeks and no return calls or prescription. One of us needed excuse for work. They were going to email that the same day, never did. We don't live in the area but I guess have to miss a day of work to go get the scripts. Just not a way to do business.
