I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Willowbrook Mall! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Suhani -- she was amazing. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about what she does. It's not every day you get service that actually makes you feel taken care of, but that's exactly what I got here. I left really happy with my choice of glasses and the whole experience. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you need eyewear or just want great customer service!

I'm so happy with the help of Suhani! She assisted me, my sister, and my mom, and explained everything so thoroughly. She was incredibly patient while we tried on multiple pairs of glasses and never made us feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. We're truly impressed with her customer service and how comfortable she made us feel throughout the entire process. We feel so satisfied with her service and would definitely come back again -- thanks to her!

Lens Carafters at the Willowbrook mall had various brands and overall I would say a good collection. We were able to compare styles and select the best ones that fits our needs. Armaan was very helpful, he was patient in helping us through the process. We certainly do recommend this location, if you are looking for a quality lens and frames. Staff are friendly and a great collection overall.

I was browsing for glasses at Lens Crafters and I am so happy that I did. They have a huge variety of frames and sunglasses to choose from. I ended buying a pair of sunglasses. Kristelle, the sales representative that assisted me, went above and beyond to help me out to get what I wanted. She has excellent customer service skills, she is kind, patient and takes care of every single detail. Everybody seems to be super nice at this store.Thank you.

I had an excellent experience at the Willowbrook location! Krystelle was outstanding - professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the frames I was interested in (Rayban Meta Gen 2) and lens options. She guided me through the process efficiently, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited my needs, everything was done on an iPad, very efficient. What stood out most was her genuine care and attention to detail. She made the entire experience smooth and pleasant, treating me like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. This reflects incredibly well on Lenscrafters' training and culture. I would definitely return and recommend this location to anyone needing glasses or eye care services.

Few days ago, I went for an eye test. I ask for appointment and got date and time of my convenience. The staff were so friendly and awesome. Dr.Dhaliwal was taking my eye test. His service was top notch. He examined everything, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything like what the machines do and how things work. They had really nice machines and technology. Totally impressed with the service. Highly recommended!!! The price is $130. And they accept Canada-life. One of the good thing is they directly charge it to the insurance so we don't need to worry about

I generally don't write reviews. This is the first time I am doing so just because this is the worst store I have ever entered, all across Canada. Mistakes over mistakes. Always asking to come in person for the issue and mistakes, made by the store, that can be resolved over the phone. Mistakes: 1. Me and my wife went to get eye test done. Wrong test results for my wife. 2. Tried to make glasses according to the test results, expensive glasses while the same were at a lower price at Guildford mall Lenscrafters. 3. Finally when received the glasses and tried by my wife she started feeling strain on her eyes. Asked by the store manager to wear them for a couple of days but still the same. 4. Tried to return the glasses. The store mentions you are out of the 30 day return policy which we were clearly not. The problem occured because of wrong date entered by the representative while handing over the glasses. To resolve this I had to make couple of trips as the store mentions the problem will be resolved by the same person who entered the details in their system who was not available when I went. 4. Somehow after completing the return process, refund was charged as a payment. So I was charged twice instead of getting a refund. When asked over the phone to correct the process I was called again to the store when the same representative would be available. I wish I had never entered the store.

It was a great experience with the sales associate- Prab- who was very patient and also passionate about her work.In addition, thanks to the sales manager, who was a nice lady, for her supporting and kind attitude. Keep the awesome job going!
