My husband & I visited last week and Sira assisted us right away as soon as we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and guided us through all the details of our glasses. Excellent experience again at Pearle Vision Willowbrook. We worked with Zainab to pick out our frames and lenses and she was excellent to deal with. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and stay within our budget. The entire team at Pearle was extremely professional and sincere and we highly recommend them over some of the other retailers. Lenscrafters does not compare to the staff and service at Pearle Vision Willowbrook. This was the third time we purchased our glasses and frames at Pearle and we will be back again. I went to the Langley Pearle Vision the other day to get glasses & they had such a vast selection. They gave me all the time I wanted to narrow down my frame selections & did not rush me. Then Ken, who was helping me, gave me advice on which frame fit me the best; clearly due to his experience and things I was not considering other than how the frames looked on me. He did not pressure me, just gave his professional recommendations so I could avoid frustrations & I was grateful because I was having a difficult time deciding between two frames.
I had a wonderful experience there as all the staff was very friendly & I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision in Willowbrook Mall.

Today, I visited Pearle Vision, Willowbrook Mall, Langley where my family is a customer since last several years. The assistant manager tried to cheat me. I visited the store to buy two pairs of Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) Prescription glasses--one for myself and one for my husband. Assistant Manager Sira quoted $295 per frame, with prescription lenses to be added separately based on our choice. We confirmed this, I started my lens selection and completing my order while my husband was doing his eye exam.
However, another staff member, Jinus, charged $342 per frame. After billing, I noticed the overcharge of $150 and confronted her. Sira rudely denied ever quoting $295, refused to apologize, and told me to shop elsewhere if I didn't like it. This was arrogant and unprofessional--especially since I'm a regular customer.
There was no apology, no accountability. I hope this review makes the store manager realize the serious mistake in promoting someone like Sira, who misinforms, overcharges, and treats loyal customers with disrespect.
