Today I had one of the best experiences I've ever had for an eye exam. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They didn't rush me at all and answered all my questions carefully.
The doctor was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel calm and confident about my vision. I truly felt cared for, not just treated as another customer.
The offer of two pairs of glasses for $99 is amazing and very affordable, especially considering the high quality of service.

This location is great! Nami, in particular, showed outstanding customer service. She showed me many glasses and even though I was unsure about a lot, her patience never wavered. She was thoughtful and considerate about activities I may do and how glasses would fall into that routine. I left the store feeling extremely comfortable and good about my decision due to this incredible associate! I urge anyone that needs glasses to see her, she will take great care of you! Store is super clean and everyone is friendly too! My glasses also arrived super quickly and because I knew I had made such a great choice with Nami, I was never nervous to receive them and try them on again. Thanks for all your help!
