Dr. Liu's office was comfortable, her staff was warm and helpful. Dr. Liu was thorough and I appreciated the time and care she took to do my eye exam - never did I feel rushed. She prescribed my meds electronically in front of me and my pharmacy sent me a text immediately after she hit the button, I loved this! She has a calm demeanor which I appreciated since I was pretty nervous about my eye problems. I'm hopeful the meds help.

I had a poor experience with my right eye cataract surgery in Washington State. I had seen Dr Liu previously about cataract surgery but timing did not work. After the bum right eye surgery, I travelled to Dr Liu. Upon examination she put me on eye drops and to see here after 6 wks. 8 wks later, she inspected the right eye and 90% back to normal. I scheduled the left eye and it was a breeze. Before, during and after, her bedside manner was absolutely professional instilling confidence that the surgery went smoothly. I am here to testify that the surgery was a breeze compared to my first surgery. No more double vision. The reception staff were kind and compassionate and the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Liu was absolutely amazing and her staff very nice. They saw me on short notice when I had an issue with my eyelids swelling. The treatment she prescribed has worked amazingly and I'm confident my continued treatment she is planning will make it so the issue never returns.
