All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors are great. They explain everything and you dont feel rushed. Then the young lady who helps with your glasses is great. She helped me pick my frames because they have so many great frames to choose from, I couldn't pick just one. She was very helpful. I highly recommend.

I've had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Kathryn Lewis. She answered all my questions, took time to listen to my concerns, and offered the best treatment. I have been dealing with chronic dry eye for years and was under the care of a previous ophthalmologist. After numerous treatments (that weren't covered under insurance) and expensive never ending prescriptions, I decided to see someone else. Thank goodness for Dr. Lewis! A simple in office treatment was all I needed. No more prescriptions, and a treatment at no cost to me leaving me healed! It's such a pleasure every time I see her. She is personable, intelligent and really cares about her patients. Acuity eye group is where I will be staying for my eye care needs.

This was a first time visit for my husband and myself. The office staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr Lewis seems very knowledgeable and caring. Looking forward to returning for more testing.

The staff and the Doctor were rude. They are to the point, to get you out of the office. There is nothing real contact with the patient. They are only there to collect your money. When I saw the doctor, he was not wearing a mask, and his breath was really bad.

When I ran into an expired glasses prescription situation, which almost meant losing my glasses benefits for the year, the Call Center Rep Fernando helped, next day, the location Staffperson Connie saved the day. Dr. Pandiya and the other Occupational staffperson made it all work out effectively, efficiently, helping me receive an updated prescription. I can now order my new glasses in the morning, using my full insurance benefits. And I made it to an important late afternoon appt ontime. Dr. Pandita and her Staff rocked my world! I'm grateful for their considerations in this stressful situation.
