I had a wonderful experience at the University Eye Center. The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I checked in. I was there for specialized vision testing, which took about 2.5 hours, but it was actually a very pleasant experience thanks to the exceptional interns, Alex and Minnie. They were both extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my history and concerns. They approached everything with compassion and genuine joy in their work, which made a long appointment feel comfortable and unhurried. I also met with Dr. Patel, who patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything in a clear and kind way. I really felt like all the people I met cared deeply for me. I have rarely had such a positive experience in a medical setting, and I am truly grateful for the care I received.

Both Chloe and Diamond were attentive and professional. Chloe did all the eye exam work and was very attentive to any questions I had. Dr. Comer explained in detail what my vision problem is and answered my question in full. Overall my visit to University eye center was completely satisfying.

I have been a patient of the Ketchum Optometry Clinic since 1980 (when it was called the Southern California College of Optometry and located on Yorba Linda Boulevard in Fullerton). On my most recent visit, my 3rd year clinician Tyler, her trainee associate Taylor, and Tyler's faculty advisor, Dr. Julie Tyler did a thorough, friendly job with my examination, listening carefully to my description of a vision issue I've been experiencing. They offered several possible explanations and recommendations for follow up. Excellent, expert, professional service.

Unfortunately I have not had good service so far. My son was seen by the myopia clinic. The student and attending optomotrists were all very thorough, kind, and took time to explain everything. My complaint is, I paid in full for the atropine services, was told I would receive my prescription in a few days and still, up to 1 month later I am stuck chasing after the clinic staff and pharmacy for my drops. It's crazy! I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service. They seem to be mostly after the money. The lack of effort, even a simple apology about dropping the ball, is disappointing.

They treat everyone with respect and walk you through every step of the exam very nice people never feel pressure to get your glasses and prices are good many different styles to pick from with have been going there for years and keep using them.

The exam was the most thorough I have ever had. The optometry intern was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the doctor. They brought up concerns that were not addressed in visits at my previous optometrist.

Ths staff were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with my eye exam. This was the best patient eye care I've ever had. I highly recommend them to others.
