I can't say enough good things about this optometry office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office runs smoothly, appointments are on time, and everyone makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The optometrist is absolutely amazing--knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, while taking the time to explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and it's obvious they truly care about your eye health, not just getting you in and out.

I have been seeing Dr. Downs and his amazing team for over 20 years now and you cannot beat the customer service and technology used at the office.Staff at friendly and explain all your benefits. Dr. Downs is always explaining how well your eyes are. They take the time with you and make sure you are happy with your glasses. Jennifer at th counter is friendly and explains everything. Linda is my go to for all the trends and is great at giving honest feedback about how good you look in glasses. Her customer service is superb. I don't live locally but still make the drive because I know I will get exquisite customer service.

Dr. Lovecik was recommended by my PCP and I was so pleased to meet and work with him. The office staff at the desk, the young lady, who's name escapes me, that did my testing and Hugo who helped me pick out my glasses were all so pleasant.
