America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

So the little nose piece on My prescription sunglasses broke and I miss driving with them because the sun's always in my eye. I've been using my regular glasses for like two months now. I was taking my daughter to the store and I seen America's best contacts and eyeglasses right in the Anaheim Plaza so I ran in there and asked if I could get them fixed. I was greeted by jordan the manager and he advised me that he could fix that at no cost. I was so excited to be able to wear my glasses again when my prescriptions up I am definitely coming back to get my prescription updated and new glasses. thank you jordan I so appreciate all your help.

Amy was so patient, honest, and non-judgmental with me as I was trying on glasses. She was attentive, and really took the time to find out the style I was looking for. I highly recommend going to see Amy if you need new frames. Also, Elizabeth, the optometry tech was great! She was upbeat, knowledgeable, thorough, and very efficient. I only gave 4 stars because, The Dr who was working today rushed my exam, and didn't give me the time or opportunity to ask questions. I can only assume it was because I was the last appointment before his break.. I know this because I received a phone call stating just that, and to arrive a few minutes early, because there will be no grace period. I will be returning to this America's best because of Amy and Elizabeth, but I will make an appointment with a different Dr. I should also note- all of the staff members were nice, and the store was clean.

Elizabeth is an angel. She helped me a few weeks ago with my eye exam, she helped me with my glasses and contact pick up today, and she helped make my bad day better. Thank you for your kindness!

Melissa left me on hold. I was calling to see if they could repair my glasses i also had a few other questions. She never came back to the phone after 10 minutes of being on hold on a Tuesday at 10am. No way they are that busy that she couldn't come back to the phone and help. RIDICULOUS!!!!

My exam went well. Wait time was minimal. Tests were clearly explained and completed quickly and professionally. The wait time to see the optometrist was just a few minutes and I was in with her. The doctor was very attentive and helped me decide on what contacts and glasses would be best for my lifestyle. After choosing my glasses (PAIR brand), and given a trial set of contacts, I was given a full and detailed explanation of all benefits that come with a purchase of contacts from America's Best. A really great deal. Only drawback, I have to wait two weeks for the glasses and topper. Thankfully, I have the trial set of contacts until then.

Let me start off first by saying I've been going to America's Best for a long time but a this location the service is terrible they hang up on you we've been in there three times it's been about a month since we went in for our first visit for contacts for my wife and we still don't have a prescription or the contacts. We call in to see what they can do and we get hung up on. The manager's is rude. I would not recommend going to this location. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Will be reaching out to corporate.

I went in this Saturday morning and they were busy, however staff took the time to greet and welcome me and everyone who was also coming in. I came in because my glasses had broken and the manager on site still took the time to fix my glasses. He honestly had the best attitude, truly grateful for his service. I will definitely be coming here for all my future purchase.

My first time here today was a well worth visit! One of the employees named Amy gave me a warm welcome and took the time to help me choose the frames that I felt confident in. Her thoroughness and care helped me finalize my decision and I got a great deal for my one pair! Thank you again Amy for being so kind and I'll definitely be coming back here when I need another pair! :)
