I have experience taking my wife, disabled brother and mother to a number of opthomologists and cataract eye surgeons. This office was exceptionally nice. Staff was professional. The wait was reasonable and not too long. The tech who did the testing for my brother was very engaging and that was a real plus. Doctor Neal seems to be first class and I liked his manner.

Maybe leaving reviews will get them to respond. They were supposed to call in my prescription before the holidays and didn't. Now I'm sitting in pain with my left eye infected and there is no way to get in touch with them. No one has been answering the phone even though they're "open"...no way to leave messages or email. I understand people take time off during the holidays but there should be some way to communicate w/ a receptionist or someone for an office of this size. I used to like this place but I am a super busy, working mom and cant be constantly running after my doctors so really reconsidering my options for 2026.

I had a very large cataract in my right eye and had no vision in that eye. I went to Anaheim Eye Institute and Dr. Neal and he removed the cataract and replaced the lens in my eye that was damaged.
