Came here with my sister. There was a Spanish speaking QUEEN(pictured). It filled me with pride and joy to see a young person provide such empathetic and professional service. The vibes in here are immaculate. Chic!!! They took us as a walk in and were speedy about it. Thank you.

The Eye Doctors at Anaheim Optometry are very patient, very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist you with any eye problem you're having. They are also very friendly at Anaheim Optometry too. I've been going to see them for about 11 years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have the most insane lead times I've ever seen at an optometrist and the front desk staff, including the manager have terrible attitudes. They really expect you not to be upset that it's been 2 months and your glasses still aren't ready. The doctor is great, but it's unfortunate he doesn't have the staff to make it a great place as well. So if you're looking for glasses within a period of time and no attitude from office girls then search elsewhere.

As always great service! Been getting my eye exams here since 2015 and I can say I have never had a bad experience. Doctor is really thoughtful, takes his time, listens to your concerns and answer's your questions. I have brought my own frames and never had issues when I gotten them back. As well as purchasing frames here, prices are reasonable. I liked seeing new faces this time I was there. All very helpful and doing their best to provide good service.

They took more than a week for my new frame of glasses .and when i got them ..they sed ..the frame for some reazon was too big than the originals ..but the ? Is thats why i took the old frame so they can order the same ..so why they don't call the company where they ordered. The frame ..bad service.dont recommend this place at alll

Great service, everyone is super nice and polite. Can't say enough about the doctor, he gets right to work and your out in no time. I was there literally not even 1 hour and it was me and my 2 daughters. Great place I will definitely recommend.

If your glasses break or you need new glasses quickly don't come here. This is my first and last time coming. The woman on the phone is awful. I called many times to check when the new glasses I ordered would be done since my current glasses broke. I called many days in a row, because I really needed the new glasses. She spoke in a condescending tone and explained to me like I was dumb how I signed that their glasses would take several business days to be done (14-25 I believe, but don't quote me on it). I understood this well before she had explained it to me. However, every time I called back she would give me the runaround saying she couldn't even give me a guesstimate on when they would be in. She would leave me on hold for a while and was not professional at all. Her personal emotions got in the way of her service to me simply because I desperately needed those glasses. I can not drive without having glasses and constantly having my glasses fall off my face from being broken was not something I could put up with continuously especially while driving. I had multiple people call to give benefit of the doubt that maybe she had something against me for calling so I had other people call but she gave them the attitude too and kept saying my glasses would not be in for several more days (past the 25 business days). I believe she was pretending to not know the status on my glasses. As someone who depends heavily on their glasses I could simply not accept that. So I kept calling. The woman on the phone will not be very helpful or professional. The doctor and all the other staff are helpful and do their job well. The frame choices are abundant too. The woman on the phone left a bad first impression and for that reason I will not be coming back.
