Hello take this from a real person and not a bot. This establishment is very unprofessional and rude. I went in to observe the staff. Most of the patients were senior citizens. The way to register for your appointment is through an iPad. After I walked in there was an elderly lady who was not familiar with using the iPad the front desk assistant was not helpful at all and seemed bothered by all the questions she was asking. The older lady seemed like she wanted to ask for assistance and the front desk chick, Hispanic and blonde highlights who clearly needs to get her roots done kept brushing her off. Patients helping each other out using the tablets since clearly the ma's were not helping them. In the back end one doctors were making inappropriate comments regarding my grandpas condition. If you don't have patience/time to help using iPads and the majority of your patients are senior citizens DONT USE IPADS!! If you're a senior citizen or have your senior citizens parents scheduled here. I would highly suggest to change it when and if you can.

I had my Diabetic eye exam today and it went very well. Eyes are perfect! No Diabetes here thank God and thanks for today. All the staff were wonderful

Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Huynh made me feel like he cared about my issues and spent the time to make sure I understood.

I appreciate the detail given to my prep, exam, and glass selection. Dr. Huynh is thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr Huyhn is very thorough. He treated my eyes after how many months of going back and forth due to eye infection. Highly recommended.

I felt the pre-lim who did a couple of prelim stuff & administered drops & an eye test seemed to be rushed & stressed... the doctor came into the room awhile after & right away I felt he had my eye issues evaluated. I felt he definitely wanted to remedy the issues with my eyes-& I felt very much cared for! I have a follow up appt in 2 weeks to see if my eye issues have cleared with medication prescriptions that the dr.sent to the pharmacy! I am very surprised to hear the diagnosis if my eye issues--but now I feel much better after seeing the doctor & he taking hold on f the situation! Thank you Doctor!!

Doctor Choi and staff are professional and knowledgeable. My cataract consultation appointment took longer than I had expected.

The staff is warm and welcoming. I'm always seen on time of my appointment and given clear and concise instructions for the care of my eyes. Everything is explained to you from beginning to end of your appointment. The Doctors are very friendly and give you their full attention when asking questions. They provide feedback and recommendations.
