Dr. Carlos Green Optometry

I just showed up to my 11:30 appointment and one worker (younger) said I could bring my elderly mother in, the other (older) came out and wouldn't let me in with she wanted me to leave her in the car in a 100 degree heat. I told her she was crazy if she thinks I'd leave her in the car and she shut the door and when I tried to complain on the phone she hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. Reply edit: any kind of protocols should have been reviewed prior to the appointment. The whole world has moved from the past Covid protocols so it's no longer on your minds that you are still following the 2020 restrictions.

Dr. Green is the most caring doctor you will ever find.

My husband was in as a new patient this afternoon. Dr. Green is wonderful. He is very thorough and reassuring, and just the best optometrist ever. Jackie is fantastic as well, so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped my husband to find THE perfect frames. Dr. Green will definitely remain our eye doctor.

Dr. Green is incredibly amicable, personable, & informative. If you have questions, he will certainly be thorough. The rest of the staff is also friendly & helpful. They let me take my time when choosing my new frames. Whenever my glasses need adjustments, they will go to lengths to ensure it fits perfectly. I also value their honest opinion when choosing frames or getting them adjusted; they have good aesthetics.

What an absolute pleasure this experience was! Jackie and Dr. Carlos are a delight. I have never felt so welcomed at an optometrist as I did today. Dr. Carlos was super informative and took his time to thoroughly explain everything. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about educating people about their vision. Jackie was just kindest person ever. She helped me figure out my VSP coverage. She truly knows her stuff. On top of that, she even helped me pick out my glasses! Definitely trust her input. They have been doing this for a long time. I recommend Dr. Carlos Green Optometry 100% and look forward to coming back.

This was the first thorough eye exam I have ever had. I appreciate how Dr Green took the time to explain what each step of the exam meant towards my prescription and eye health. The staff is kind and upbeat. I recommend this location for your eye care needs.

The entire staff is so welcoming , you feel like they are family . Dr. Green takes his time explaining everything and answering any questions. His staff is good with helps you pick the glasses you like . They are all friendly . The office looks like a house from the outside and you feel like your at home . My entire family has gone here for many years.

Dr. Carlos Green had been my optometrist since I was a kid up until last year(I moved to Colorado) Last week I went to a place to buy prescribed sunglasses...I took in my outside prescription. I go today to pick them up, I tried them on and I see double(I actually have double vision)...Long story short, they forgot to add the prism which WAS on the prescription. Dr. Green&staff NEVER missed that. I miss going to them
