Dr Natalie Do Duong OD

One my original Eye doctors for many years. I've seen many specialist outside of this clinic but i always end up coming back here because the level of experience, care and take their time with each patient. Always happy and even after years they still remember me. I highly recommend this place for all your eye care needs. I have a rare condition keratonconis, thinning of the cornea n they do treat it to a certain degree. They gave me good options for my condition and will definitely help me in a huge way! I love coming here, and they always make me feel welcomed almost like family. #OC Approved

The optometrist herself was great , super nice, friendly, and she explained everything really well. Honestly, she deserves five stars. But the front staff completely ruined the experience. After my appointment, they ordered my contacts and never followed up and not even once. A whole month went by with no call or update. When I finally called, the doctor answered and told me there had been a problem with my order because apparently the wrong prescription was sent and she said her staff would reach out to fix it. No one ever called me back. When I called again, the girl who answered sounded annoyed, like she didn't want to be bothered. She said she'd contact the supplier and promised to call me back and also said she'd give me some trial contacts since I was running out. Two weeks went by, still nothing. I called again, and another lady answered with the same rude, careless attitude. She said they hadn't heard back and might just cancel the order. When I finally got a call saying my contacts were ready, I asked if I could look at glasses too since mine got scratched on a trip. They said it was fine to come in without an appointment. But when I showed up, the same bad attitude continued. The woman at the front barely said hello, handed me my contacts without a smile or goodbye, and walked away. I started browsing glasses on my own, and when she saw me again, she asked, Do you need anything? but it was clear she wasn't interested in helping and asked for my prescription. The doctor is amazing, but the front staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It's really disappointing because this place has good reviews, but I can see I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience. I won't be coming back.

My family has been going to Dr Do Duong, for many years. ! Staff and Dr are very nice and patient, they treat you like family. Dr is highly professional and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that glass orders are processed quickly and we get our glasses within 7-10 days!

Recently I had an office visit with Dr. Natalie Do Duong OD, the staff was very nice, friendly and helped me find the best glasses that fit my face! Dr Natalie took her time with me and answered all my questions very carefully. She didn't think anything I said was not important. I appreciate her patience with me! Every year she sends me a reminder to check in! Makes for one less thing that I have to try to remember to add to my calendar, she reminds me! Thank you Dr Natalie!

Called to make an appointment for the first time and front desk was rude and short with me. It doesn't cost anything to be kind.

I been going there for many years, and Dr.Duong is really very nice and good. All my family is been in hers hands. We appreciate Dr.Duong.

I was referred by another doctor, and I'm so glad i didn't waste time getting to see the doctor. Part of that is because the staff answer the phone promptly and are able to work with patients on scheduling. (I do a great deal of medical scheduling for an elderly relative, and, sadly, it is a rarity to not have to wait long minutes on hold or to speak into the void of a voice cue system!) All of the office staff are friendly and professional. And the doctor is wonderful! She's straightforward, thorough, and makes you and your time feel valued. A refreshing experience.

Awesome staff! They set me up with an appointment that worked for me. Eye test was easy and pain free . Plenty of frames to choose from and help picking just the right frames to fit my face. I highly recommend Dr Natalie and her crew!!!!
