The Dr. Was very friendly. Furthermore, Anusha the sales rep was very friendly, professional, and patient with me. She cares about her customers and it was a great first experience at this location. I'll be referring my wife here. Lastly, the sales floor supervisor was very engaging when I first walked in. She greeted me, and respected that I was just looking to see if they had any frames that I liked. She ended up helping me with a same day appointment which was awesome!

Everything went so smoothly and saw me the same day I booked my appointment! They explained all my insurance and payments very well so I was not surprised of how much I would end up paying. Dr. Pham, Tina, and Jen are all amazing! They truly made my first visit the best and will keep coming back thanks to them. They are very kind and organized to ensure me as a patient had a good experience.

The eye exam was great & the ladies that helped me order my new lenses were also great. Having your system go down multiple times while I was there resulting in a 45 min longer visit than needed, not so great. You should consider investing in a server that can handle your weekends. Your staff, however, were gracious, patient, & courteous.

I was so happy and impressed by the customer service at this store. They were very accommodating to me and my four year old son. Dr. Torney was very kind and throughly explained each step of the process. Jennifer and Tina were so efficient and also clearly explained each step. Both my mother and I went to LensCrafters to get our routine eye exam and new glasses. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely professional, thorough, and helpful. Danica was especially great. She has a wonderful personality and is very smart about buying new glasses. She was able to answer all our questions as well as explaining our insurance to us. My experience was smooth and informative. Felicia helped me out and she was very warm, relatable and friendly. She was patient and kind. I felt very comfortable with the doctor as well. She was knowledgeable and helped me recognize something I didn't know needed recognization, helping me to correctly label what I was experiencing and seeking to understand instead of rushing. It was a simple process. I can't forget Jennifer too who is super helpful, warm and a sweetheart. These people look to help any possible way they can.
