Come here for one medical issue for more than 10 times. Each time I came 15mins early for the appointment, but I always have to wait an hour or more for a 2mins or less not even see able to see the Dr. I am not sure why they need to schedule appt many times and ask you to come so many times. I think they overbook a lot. Never on time for your scheduled appt.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs to be reported. As you can see their own employees, do not have a good time working here, And they have a one star rating on health grade. Do you research before you make this your clinic!
I took my son for his eye exam. I receive a bill for $280. I call the billing department to clarify the bill because my son has full insurance. I never got an answer. I call about 30 times never got an answer. I called the mainline. They said they cannot help me. I called the front desk. I called the other offices that they have they said the best they can do is Connect me directly, but as always, the billing department never answer I left them again a message. They never answer one time I was able to get through them a lady the answer and told me she was gonna look into Call me back but she never did until about a year later still receiving a bill for $280. I no longer take my son to his exams because I do not want to receive another bill and I get no help from the eye clinic and I called them and asked them any questions About it the front desk Gets very rude to the point that I feel like I am in the wrong for wanting answers I will really not recommend anyone this clinic Plus, my child is autistic It's hard to deal with him and they get really upset When they have to do his exam class if you have an appointment At one, you're lucky if you've been seen by By 2 or 230 they always running late This clinic is always a bad experience all the way
I have been going to this eye clinic since I moved to Antioch in 1998. I've had 3 different doctors here during that time and I have had no complaints. My most recent visit was just 3 weeks ago, my doctor is Dr. Lee. He is great. He makes you feel at ease and explains everything. Can't wait to pick out my new glasses. Last time I got some Tom Ford frames - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and you can always go back into the Optician to get your glasses adjusted anytime free of charge. I prefer getting my glasses through California Eye Clinic's optical department, it may be a few dollars more, but the quality and service cannot be beat.
My husband had a 9:00 eye test appointment and we arrived early, registered and sat in a he waiting room for 45 mins. When my husband inquired about why, the told him the testing machine wasn't working! They made no effort to inform us of any problems! The staff was not concerned about our time! Dry bad customer service! Not the first time
My wife and I went to this ophthalmology clinic through the recommendation of our family doctor. We heard that the doctors in this clinic can speak Chinese, so we chose this clinic. We arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The receptionist at the window of this clinic said that my wife was late for an hour and couldn't see the doctor, and she needed to come back at a different time. I feel very strange, because the appointment time is confirmed before seeing the doctor. Since they said I was late, I decided to cancel the appointment, and the window staff told me after a while that the doctor agreed to see us on the same day, so we stayed. I followed the staff into a hut, where the nurse began to do a preliminary eye examination for me. After a few minutes of the examination, the doctor interrupted my examination and called me to another room. I started to cross-examine some questions and asked me what was wrong with my eyes. I said I didn't feel anything wrong. The doctor then asked, why did you come here? I said that the family doctor asked for a routine eye examination during our physical examination. I have The doctor's recommendation letter, he asked me again, why did you come to me, I said, I heard from the family doctor that you are Chinese and can speak Chinese, which makes it easier to communicate, so I chose you. He said that he does not speak Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese. I felt very strange at that time, he is Chinese, and he did not admit that he could speak Chinese. He asked me again if I had glasses, and I said yes, and he asked why I didn't wear them. I said, I don't need to wear them at ordinary times, but I wear them sometimes at work. My glasses are reading glasses. Because my English is not good, some questions may not be answered clearly. He started asking me again why I was late, and I said, I'm not late, I was fifteen minutes earlier. When he asked me questions, his attitude was very unfriendly, impatient, simple and rude, deliberately making things difficult, not like the normal communication between a doctor and a patient. This is the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. I can't believe it. it is true. His quality is not worthy of being a doctor, and he is even more unworthy of being a Chinese!
service was very good.
Dr was extremely nice and helpful.
Called to get a replacement frames due to lousy craftsmanship (the frames broke while I was cleaning them). Didn't have the color I had anymore and was told that she had the exact frames but different color so I said go ahead, no mention of cost. Picked up the glasses still no mention of cost, got a bill in the mail a month later for $329.00 for new lenses and frames. I never authorized new lenses and she told me the new frames were exactly the same so why new lenses, there was nothing wrong with the originals. I only paid for the frames and won't be back, from now on I will order online at least they stand behind their frames or I found the exact frames at Walmart for half the price.
