The staff were welcoming, professional, and accommodating. I am disabled and everyone involved made sure I was comfortable and safe. Dr. Hoang and her assistant were professional and friendly, explaining everything each step of the way. The offices were spacious and clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Doctor is great, very thorough and helpful. The receptionist is horrible and lacks customer service skills. They are both very rude and have a nasty attitude. They also never answer the phone and instead will text you. They did this to me all day today and both times I came back into the office, the place was empty and they were just talking to each other. It's very sad that these receptionists are the 1st face you see when you walk in, based off previous reviews, they are a big reason why people don't want to come back.

I just recently was seen by Dr. Jessica Hoang at Eye to Eye Optometry, and she is the best Optometrist I have ever seen and I have seen many. I actually learned more about my eyes in one appointment with her than I have in all my many years of having myopia. she was very descriptive and carefully explained everything going on with my eyes in great detail in terms I understood. She diligently addressed all my concerns explaining everything in detail. She was also very kind and respectful.

Dr Linder was amazing, honest & super easy to talk to. Sarah was so helpful helping me pick out frames & sunglasses. I was a long time LensCrafters client but realized I was paying for bluelight & never getting it. I told Dr Linder I stare at a computer all day & she recommended blue light with a lighter lens as to not strain my eyes.
10/10 go here!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!! They scheduled me an appointment stating they accepted my insurance and had me wait 2 weeks until my appointment to call me and cancel the day of because "unfortunately they don't take my insurance" and didn't even have the right day for it. It was scheduled for today, they said they needed to cancel for tomorrow. Unreal, unprofessional and unorganized!!
