I had a problem with glasses right away. I was told to come back after a couple weeks if the problem persisted. I called and even spoke with a manager who gave a bunch of excuses for why my glasses were the way the were. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHGEAP EXAM PRICE. Highly recommend!! Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Daniel and Maritza were amazing as was Dr Adams. I am almost blind, so finding a great eye doctor and staff is so important. Prices rocked too.

I enjoyed customer service UNTIL I received the second attempt at delivering my glasses. On the first pair the bifocals were twisted and unusable. The second pair, the bifocals were off centered. The MANAGER simply said my only option was to get my money back. She refused to send them back for another re-do. She refused to acknowledge the poor workmanship, failed to sympathize with my disappointment, and repeated the same script: "I am not responsible for the lab." I was very disappointed that what started as a great opportunity soured so poorly.

My glasses broke-absolutely shattered and I threw the little pieces away. I called in to replace the glasses and because I threw the little pieces away, they would not let me order new glasses. They did not even give me the option of buying new glasses! Just had an "Oh well" attitude. The manager was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care. I will drive the extra 25 minutes to go somewhere where there is better customer service.

Place is a scam! Wanted me to come in 3 times to make sure my contacts fit. Been wearing the same contacts for 6 years. Go to a local optometrist, this place doesn't care about helping you or getting you in the best glasses.

Daniel was incredibly friendly and made my kids feel very comfortable during their first eye exams. Both my children and I had a great experience overall. I appreciated that the doctor took his time to thoroughly examine us and explain everything so well. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is due to the wait time; they could benefit from hiring more staff to help with the pre-tests and in the exam rooms. However, we had a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place.

I was a new patient and was treated very nicely by the staff and doctors. I ordered my glasses and had ordered sun glasses. My regular glasses were perfect but my sunglasses were a different story. The manager was not nice at all and very dismissive when I asked for a return on my sunglasses. The lenses were not thinned out with the 1st pair being returned as they were broken. I was told it was due to the frame. The ordered a new pair of sunglasses and those were not thinned out and was told it was my prescription. It was not the prescription as my regular glasses were thinner, and it's the same prescription. I was disappointed I was treated rudely and will not be a returning patient.

Terrible customer service from the girls that work upfront. Very condescending and told me I would have to pay for a new eye exam after they have rescheduled me three times and now it's been past the 45 day window. Will never come here again. Don't waste your time or your money with these people
