This place is okay most of the time. But just like all the doctors there are some hiccups like over booking so long wait times or doctor zooms you from somewhere else while your in the chair . Idk if that's everwhere but yeah. Otherwise I came here to say I love the cat photo in the pictures. So whoever uploaded that ty. Made for 5 stars.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The office was really clean with lots of frame selection which I was pleased with the options. Dr.Lee and his assistant were very kind, Dr.lee is very knowledgeable, patient and explained things very well for me to understand. Overall had a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Everything was cool except for having to wait just to pick a style of frame. (Two weeks.) Then having to wait for those frames and lenses to come back so how many weeks that is. Hard to find five star service anymore, so I rated them a four star

The whole exam was great, however it took 6 weeks just to get my glasses that I needed right away. I called once a week and was told they hadn't gotten their deliveries and this was the same excuse I got each time. The glasses were not cheap even with my insurance paying a good $ amount. I will not be comeback here that's for sure.

It was quick and professional. Employees were very kind and courteous and informative. Although, there wasn't a variety of frames to select from.
I had to go to Costco to fill the prescription. I would like to do the whole process with you but was unable due to the lack of inventory.

It was all great, until after they do the exam, and bill for it. Then they take you to a desk and tell you that your glasses will take between 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, when most places are between 3 to 4 weeks to.arrive. But.... If you pay additional money for extra coatings, you can have them arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. What a crock!!! The way they operate, is very sneaky in that regard, and should not be rewarded with anyone's business.

Nice office staff and appointment went fairly quick. The biggest problem is having to wait 6-8 weeks for glasses. Been over 8 weeks for me so I call only to be told because of the holiday in September they are still processing and will take another 1-2 weeks longer. Save yourself and don't go here for glasses.
