Dishonest business practices. They purposely do not tell you about uncovered costs prior to exams, fittings, etc. Even when I asked the staff about any uncovered costs prior to they lied and said no. Then they refused to give me my exam results and my prescription without expensive payment.

We are continuing to provide the high desert with the highest quality in services and eyewear, since 1990 in Phelan and 2006 in Adelanto, by opening our 3rd location here in Apple Valley. We are now in the office that Dr. Etchells had done so well to establish a loyal patient base and hope to continue to provide great care for years to come. We will have a fully functioning Dry Eye Center, some of the latest equipment and a great selection of high quality eyewear. We've also made some beautiful changes to the aesthetics of the office so we hope you'll find them to be just as pleasing as we do. Hope to see everyone soon.
