Optic Eye Care - Arcadia

My visit today to Optic Eye Care was just perfect. My appointment was at 8am and though there were quite a few of us for our appointments, the front desk staff were very attentive. The doctor's assistant, and I am so sorry I didn't catch his name, was very helpful and just empathetic to not just my needs but the needs of the other patients who were there as well. Dr. Duong was my doctor and he was very nice and had great bedside manner for us folk who are always in and out of doctors' offices. My yearly eye appointment went so smoothly that I barely noticed the time I spent in there. I'm back again next year for my yearly ophthalmology visit, which I was able to make an appointment for in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend them for your eye care team. *Quick tip: It's good to use your debit card, or FSA card, they take both, as well as credit cards. They don't take cash. :)

I took my mother to Optic Eye Care to see Dr. Amber Hoang today and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. Dr. Hoang performed a very thorough eye exam and clearly explained my mom's diagnosis and treatment plan. She was incredibly gentle and patient, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients as her compassion really shows. The entire visit took about 15 minutes from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, which was amazing. I highly recommend Optic Eye Care to anyone in need of eye care services. They provide excellent, efficient, and heartfelt care.

Arcadia Office: Ive had life changing experiences with the doctors & staff. Their expertise in all procedures and patients care Are the finest. I have reason to trust the physicians completely. Very neat and well organized clinic. Efficient. Dr Claire Kwan and assistants are very professional, knowledgeable. They treated me well. I had a cataract surgery yesterday, went well. My vision turned out good and recovered well. Thanks to Dr Kwan and team!!!

The receptionist, assistant, doctor, everyone was very friendly. I have fear on going to any kind of doctors office, but the doctor was so friendly and took his time to explain everything and I really appreciate it. I'm happy I chose this place

The place is nice and looks updated equipments and clean! Everyone is very nice. Dominic did the tests on my eyes... I feel well taken cared... explains tests to be done and answers my questions/ concerns. My first time to see Dr. Kwan bec of new office/ doctors??. She is a young glaucoma specialist compared to the previous doctor that I use to see before going to this clinic. She is nice and sounds knowledgeable....but I feel like it's rushed, would like more info eye condition. Will ask more next appt. Thank you for taking care of me .

I came in for a cataract surgery referral. After the exam, I was advised for cataract surgery and proposed for manual and laser assist Sx which was not covered by insurance. When I asked for how the surgery to be done, MD stated that look at the video and turned on for me to watch. However the video only said that cataract sx would improve the vision. Nothing says about how it can be done. So I asked if office has any pamphlets or more details about sx. MD said "look at the YouTube " but luckily found a pamphlet and gave it to me. Thank to the pamphlet has a link video about sx. I wished that MD should take a bit more time to explain to her patients about the sx about Risks, benefits, and how procedures to be done, what to expect after sx and when approximately recover. Patients would be more appreciated. Also the surgery care coordinator should have a bit more knowledge about where she scheduled for patient rather just responded "I don't know it's a hospital or outpatient. You go find out " with a COLD face. I wanted to give a 5 stars for the medical assistance that helped me with the exam. today.

Optic eye care is the best one I have experienced so far. The staff are warm and considerate, taking good care of me. The doctors are highly skilled and explain the symptoms clearly. Let patients have no worries.
