This was a very pleasant visit, even though my English is not very good. I had some GPS issues when I arrived, and the front desk staff patiently helped guide me. I first met the assistant Amy, and she was absolutely wonderful--patient, professional, and very clear when explaining things. Even though we only spoke for a short time, I could feel her kindness. I truly wish her all the best. Then I saw Dr. He, who was very patient and took the time to explain my condition in detail. I really appreciated his professionalism and calm attitude. There was a small issue during my visit--I waited for my name to be called, but later the front desk phoned me asking if I had left. I remember a front desk lady (possibly Hispanic) calling my name once, but because of her accent and only calling once, I wasn't sure it was me. I hope next time they can call the name twice, especially for patients whose English is not strong. Fortunately, a young lady who speaks Chinese helped me make my next appointment, which I really appreciated. This was my first eye exam, and after dilation my vision became extremely blurry in the light. It would be helpful if they reminded patients to wait until their eyes feel more normal before leaving. One small inconvenience was that what was supposed to be a single visit ended up becoming two visits. But I actually take this as a good sign--it means my eye condition is not an urgent one. In the end, everything still turned out perfectly. Everything I wrote above is my genuine experience and honest feeling. Overall, Dr. He and Amy were very professional and kind, and I'm truly thankful for their care.

I really appreciate it the time he took to actually explain every little detail about the procedures to come. He did one of my surgeries on pending three more, but he's clearly made everything so that I understand it and when he did my surgery, he was very gentle, very reassuring very positive. I really admired that you go into surgery being a little nervous and a little apprehensive, but I think that he used his professionalism to, talk me through that time. He is amazing and also his staff was really kind to me. Thank you doctor. He also has a really cute sense of humor. I told him he was so young and I also told him he was handsome and then he told me let me see what you say when I fix your eyesight. If you still think the same, I thought that was cute. Forever grateful I am as we tend to overlook our vision until we don't completely have it as 100%

Really good specialist but the only thing is that there's allot of favotism because of the culture and I always have to wait allot because of that I come all the way down from San Bernardino

Dr. P Win is exceptional in eye care, demonstrating not only expertise but also genuine kindness and accommodation. My experience was incredibly positive, as he adeptly handled my eye issue with care. He is both pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Win for anyone seeking top-notch eye care. This review is for the office staff. They state they called me to cancel/reschedule my appt, but I have never gotten a call or voicemail for them. This happened TWICE; therefore, the chances of this being an accident is zero! First time: I drove there on the day of my appt and they said my appt was cancelled and they had called me to cancel/reschedule (I did not receive call/miss call/vmail/text). Second time: I called them the day of my appt at 10am to confirm my 1:30pm appt, they said they called me months ago to cancel/reschedule the appt. Yet, I never got a call/miss call/vmail/text! Incompetent staff wasting people's time!

The doctor himself is fine, but the service up front is another matter. Be prepared to wait as much as two hours beyond the scheduled appointment time to even be called back. They also cannot be bothered to send you a bill, demanding payment only when you show up for your next visit. Today's visit was rescheduled because they had made an appointment for my father to be there on a day when they were closed and never told us, and we have been sitting around for over 90 minutes waiting for him to be seen.

I won't go back to that office even though Dr. Timonthy Peiris was nice. Last year I had torn retina which was an eye emergency. Went to their office to get procedure done through HMO referral network. When I got there the manager said they did not have the approval. I asked why they could not call the insurance earlier or to get an emergency approval on the phone, she said the insurance girl left the office. When my eye doctor referred me to their office, it had been a few days already. I could have it done earlier because the referring eye doctor did not have the laser equipment. For a few days, it should not be any excuse not to call the insurance just because the insurance girl was not there. My vision was progressively worse during the waiting period. I told her I could barely see and I really need to get it done to prevent blindness. She responded coldly that I should go to ER. Due to desperation, I offered to give my credit card, and asked her to charge the card and to reimburse me later. She said she would not reimburse me if I pay because she would not bill the insurance. At the moment Dr. Peiris stepped in and said he could sort the financial issue later by helping me first. I appreciate that Dr. Peiris did not forget Hippocratic Oath. After the procedure, the manager chased out and said I could not escape. She made me literally feel like a thief despite the fact they got paid by the insurance. At the moment I almost felt like to report them to my insurance company because they were not supposed to do that. I am a healthcare provider myself. First, they should not take cash unless it is a copay when patients are referred by network. Second it is very easy to get an emergency approval from the insurance by making a phone call. The manager did not even bother to call. It is really a shame for the office to have people like her. I don't know how she was hired as a manager unless she is related I suppose because she has no knowledge of insurance billing nor the courtesy to treat patient nicely. She really ruins the patient care.

Worst place and worst surgeon ever. Do not step foot in here! I have had multiple operations by Dr. Winn and he rushes to explain things and is the hardest person to get a hold of. He rushes his work/procedures and tries to get them done in about 45 mins which led to me having two detached retinas. I may lose my eye because of Dr. Win. If you care about your health, do not come here!!!
